I asked for a truck with a ramp the person did not accommodate the request and I had to move an upright freezer without the ramp and it was not easy hurt my back. I rented it only for an hour and I thought they would give me something with a ramp. Also, the person did not help park the van after return, I was having trouble parking in the right place. The overall experience was very poor and as a long time customer I expected better service.Taufiquar K.
clerk at this site called and asked me to come early to pick up truck. I did then told me could bring back anytime next day on Sunday as they were closed. I actually brought back truck the same day in the evening after hours. I dropped keys and contract in his after hours box on Saturday evening. On Monday I got the invoice with an added $20.00 charge for an after hours service fee. The original return date was on a day this pickup location was closed. I need the $20.00 refunded.Stephen S.

This was the rudest person I've encountered in all my time renting uhauls. He didn't want to take cash then didn't have change. He also had no cords to attach the lights for the trailer I rented to my truck. Told me 8 had to buy them. He acted as if waiting on me was a total inconvenience.KIMBERLY J.

Van needed an exterior wash when we picked it up. Would that have prevented us from renting it on time? There should be a system in place of washing the van in between customers, because lots of highway bugs and debris on windows makes it hard to see. Other than that small complaint the 24/7 system made it smooth sailing and we would definitely rent again! In fact we are; in August. Great location; easy to rent from.Anita B.

Location opened at 10:15 instead of 10:00. When I returned the van at business hours it was against closed. I'm charged with a cleaning fee which the van was absolutely clean. Try to call the customer service but the line was dropped after 30 mins hold. I really dont know what to do!!!Fehmi E.

I don't think the gas tank rating was accurately rated for my pickup. Also think it is very annoying when the tank is not full and it needs to be returned at a different level. How am I supposed to turn the tank in at 1/4 full. Bunk.....JEFFREY H.

Only one person apparently runs the place which looks like a bait and tackle convenience store made out of an old house. I'm talking plywood screwed into the ceiling to â€œfixâ€ a leak and a screen door that utilizes a bungee strap to keep it closed. Dude showed up 25 minutes late when they open at 10:00 AM and acted like this was a normal way to run things and didn't offer any sort of acknowledgment or apology. Marked the truck as half full on gas when it was lower than that, and when confronted with this information he just deflected it with an â€œokayâ€ because he was apparently at a mechanic shop at 1:30PM, no one else was there, and they close at 6:30 PM. I've seen mom & pop chicken feed shacks managed to a higher standard and will refuse to rent from this location again.Michael D.
We returned the truck in the same condition it was given to us and the truck leaked and it rained halfway to our destination and my king size matter was completely wet and ruined upon arrival at our new place and then you charge me for a cleaning fee! Ridiculous!Barbara M.

I went and rented the UHAUL two weeks before I needed it. Friday, April 16 through Sunday April 18. On Thursday the 17th , I got a call sai,â€aren't you coming to pick up your UHAUL? We are closed tomorrow!â€ We went and showed him our confirmation email and his words were,â€ you get it now and pay or go somewhere else. I don't care.â€ He knew that he was putting us in a bind. So we had to pay for the extra day. NEVER will I recommend this place to anyone. I have reported him to the BBB and blasted him on Facebook. If this is the way your company is represented, then you are in bad shape. He told us to call and report him. He didn't care.DEAN G.

Customer service is horrible and I was double charged. When I called to dispute the person who answers gave me 3 different reasons why I was wrong and when I presented the facts he stated â€œI'm not going to argue with youâ€. I never raised my voice, changed my tone or even swore. I was explaining how their billing was incorrect.Ryanne G.

The moving blankets and hand truck I ordered were not in the truck when I picked it up. I was charged for the itens anyway. The location was DISGUSTINGLY dirty. How could U-Haul associate its name with such a nasty eastablishment?jordan B.
We were charged 5.00 for 1 blanket we forgot to place in truck. We called and told rep that we would return the item and expected our refund. Since no one was in the office when we got there early that afternoon - we called and was told it was ok to leave blanket in chair on front porch. We did and took a pic of it. WE were also charged 15.00 for gas and only drove the truck a total of 8 miles - was charged for 12. Either way -the gas needle did not move. Case - we were over charged a total of 20.00 for a 2 1/2 hr. rental .HIRAM S.
