YVONNE CI had some challenges calling ahead and checking hours to make sure this shop/u-haul would be open, but once I got there the return process was straightforward. I've had good experiences picking up and dropping off at this location previously.

Steven MThe u haul online app sucks but the local connection if u can book directly saves lots of grief. I reserved a uhaul in college place Wa and the uhaul online wanted to redirect me to Tricities when there was a local truck available only 10 minutes away!
Mary RI've rented from quite a few locations throughout Washington state. So far this has been the most convenient rental location I've visited. This time around I had a busy day to work with and was concerned about the rental process taking a while just as my other experiences. But Edna was great to work with, and she kept the process swift, straightforward, and stress free. Great job Edna! I'll visit again the next time I need a rental.
