Nothing, just keep doing what your doing. The guys, I believe Chris and Mark where there names hooked up car hauler and off we went, we traveled 800 miles with no hick-up. Look forward to our next rental on September 4, 2020.

When picking up the truck i did not have any problems but when i went to pick up the cargo trailer i found out that the place that i was told had one did not have one and was informed that the closes one was 2 hours away. I did not receive any information about the trailer being in a different location until i went to pick it up. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not recommend or use uhaul again. I have fought for 2 weeks over getting a truck and trailer.

I ordered and paid for a dolly that was not with the truck. Luckily we did not need it.. and when I dropped the truck off they took it off my card.. First time using the online pick- up.. very easy and efficient.

Make sure the hood is latched! Had to pull over on the highway to re-secure it. Truck also had a strong anti-freeze smell.

I dropped the truck off after work hrs and did not interact with anyone at the drop off site but it was easy to get to and I was able to locate the key drop box so I had no issues at drop off.
