When I placed my reservation 2 days prior to pickup, I included 2 furniture dolly's and a dozen furniture pads in addition to the uhaul. The place doesn't open until 10 am and my reservation was at 8 am. I used the mobile app to complete the pickup. When I opened the loading door, none of the extra equipment I ordered was in there. At that point, I was screwed since the place doesn't open for two more hours. When we turned in the vehicle we were told they don't carry any additional equipment. Why is it offered and why didn't they call or email me to let me know? I was still charged for the extra equipment I didn't receive. They place said they were going to put a note in the system to make sure the charge gets take off. We'll see how if it actually happens.NICHOLAS G.

I WAS CHEATED This is a hopeless location with no knowledgeable people No inventory. Multiple conversations with Sandy at the Springfield yard resulted in after being quoted $351 My quote was boosted by $71 for additional unexplained insurance. No explanation was given on requests At 5pm in the evening leaving to drive back to California there was no choice but to proceed. If there were another choice I would never do business with Uhaul again.MICHAEL O.

The windshield was covered with dead bugs and perhaps bird droppings. Otherwise the location was fine - the person I dealt with was knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions.Barry R.
My appointment was at 1030am. She arrived around 11am with another customer waiting to return ahead of me. Total time was around an hour to get an auto transport. The location of the facility and the equipment made it more difficult to leaveCoy S.

Truck parked on hill got stuck pulling out spent 2 hours trying to get it unstuck. Had to call a tow truck. When we got home water Standing in attic and in back of truck. Also blankets were soaking wet.JEREMY M.

Computers were down when I arrived causing my start time to be pushed out 30 minutes. When arriving to drop the vehicle off at the time of 1130 it again took over 30 minutes for the dealer to finalize the transaction. Not checking any information such as miles and gas. Just a few days prior I rented from handyman rental in nixa aswell in that everything was smooth in an out in about 5 minutes they even pulled the van around. I would never recommend cardinal rentals as a uhaul dealer they just didnt seem to know what they were doing, it took me calling customer service through uhual to call the dealer and guide them through finalizing the transaction.Joseph K.

Miles were wrong on the truck and caused lots of Issues, they didn't put the pads or the dolly we rented in there either. All in all it set us back a few hours waiting for them to get their crap together.Chase H.
This location did not supply my moving blankets. Also, they didn't have the correct mileage so it was going to charge me $2700 in mileage for a ~20 mile move. The parking area is tight and in the grass.Joel G.

Very difficult to get the trailer in and out of facility. Process took about 45 minutes even though I had checked in on line. Three of the trailer tires were low and one was at about 50% of recommended pressure. I was very disappointed.David M.
