No one was there for check in so I used the drop box.
WILLIAM BI called and explained that I had not made a reservation. The guy told me he took my email off. This was not correct, I recieved two more emails confirming return of equiptment later. Either someone is using my email without my permission, or something is messed up in the uhaul system and it's associating random emails with reservaitons EITHER OF THESE IS BAD. someone should look into this.

Daniel GPer the formal complaint I submitted via email the evening of 4/15 this location entered the wrong drop off site when they made my reservation and didn't realize it or do a final confirmation with me. This was the start of a horrendous 4 day issue I spent trying to sort the mess out. Please refer to my email for specific details as to what occured.
LEAH DIt took over 2 hours past the time I reserved the uhaul before someone would give me the keys.

tom kThe truck was nice. But they charged us to top off fuel even we picked it up with 3/4 full. We brought it back with more fuel than we picked it up. They didn't tell me they charged, but I got a text message from AMEX. Also there were Pizza boxes allover the counter. I understand you can have a lunch party but don't do it on the main desk.
Thomas JI originally did not pick this location. I was called the day before pickup and told they did not have the truck and gave me options where I could get it. I reserved this a full week in advance so I did not have to go through this. I went to the location for Car Doctor 2 and found out they had moved. Your address is not correct for them. This related in an hour delay with the additional drive I had to make and then trying to find their new location. You need to fix this so people can pick up the rentals where they expect to pick them up and update your addresses.
William SExperience was just fair. They just pointed to where I was supposed to drop it he trailer, and I had to unhook the trailer myself.
