Lady acted like she did not have any time to listen to me when I was telling her about inside of cab was not cleaned when we picked it up. And that the mileage was a .5 off on paper I rented it from. Also I never have been to a U haul place where they did not inspect the truck in front of the customer before they left... So that was kind of shady cause at that point I feel they can say anything cause I was not there to witness it. Also u hauls I've rented in the past usually was closed out right after inspection. This particular one has not been closed out. Im very disappointed with the service I have gotten from U haul rental places on this day....
Crystal HNo help from the people to unload the car! They could not even give me a receipt for the drop off! No help at all foe an old man!

Daniel WI don’t have any suggestions to improve their service because, from my perspective, they provide excellent customer service already, whether on the phone or in person. I couldn’t ask for a better rental experience!
barbara gMake sure where to pick up the truck put the address of drop off on the paperwork. Had to call on Sat to figure out which location to drop off at.
Vicki PEverything was great. My original pickup location was changed, but the new location was still very close and communication on the change was timely. Receptionist was very friendly. I’m happy with the experience.

Renee RThe Truck was extremely dirty inside the cab and outside. The Key box had a lock on it that was rusted shut. Customer Service was good but the truck looked like it had been in a field and left for dead.

Dawn PThe price on renting this last 6X12 trailer was outrageous. I rented the exact same 6X12 trailer at the end of September and I only paid $389.00 . I turned in this last 6x12 trailer at the exact same location in NC as the previous rental. The cost of renting this last 6X12 trailer was $300.00 more ($698.64 - $40.00 for insurance) . Why is the price almost doubled in 30 days? To me this is price gouging. I have rented from U-haul numerous times over the last 15 years. I have always been pleased with the cost and service. I have several other rentals coming up in the future and I will be looking at other alternatives. I would appreciate an answer as to why the price is so much higher.

John KWe will never rent from U-Haul again! When we rented an auto transport to go from NC to MA, it cost us $300 and change. When we did the reverse trip from MA to NC, it was $1300+!!! The only explanation we received is that the equipment is needed in MA, but not in NC. So we were punished for corporate’s lack of logistical planning. Every person that I talked to at U-Haul agreed that $1300+ was outrageous, but that’s the way it goes. BTW - it was 5 weeks between rentals.

Patricia HMake the location more user friendly, like exactly how you want the truck parked, and so forth. I did not care for the experience of nobody being there and doing it all on my own. I guess it would be okay if I was returning at 2am maybe, but then I would feel unsafe so I don't know.

gregg gFirst truck presented had very significant damage. I filled the truck to the gauge level on the dash and was charged an extra seven gallons in my total bill with the explanation that the truck tells the fuel level exactly. If I had know that was a function, I would have filled to that level. Would not recommend.

Philip LEquipment NOT serviced....safety chains worn off from prior rental dragging....fender loose and flopping up once at speed....nothing greased...difficult to operate....
Carlton BThe truck had a major leak in the cab and for about 100 miles of driving in the rain my whole left side was soaked. There was a plastic trash bag shoved up in the hole so it had obviously happened to someone else.
