They did not even come out and look at the truck or check the gas which we put in more then needed. Then charged us for it being later then scheduled without saying anything. Thankfully i checked my email and noticed.

The guy who I spoke with seemed very rude, it was difficult to understand what he was saying most of the time and got angry at me for asking him to repeat himself. I paid over $170 for a round trip from this location to Mukilteo and back. I know I was overcharged because just the day before I rented the same U-Haul from another location and paid 96 for further distance. This guy had no interest in helping the customer he just wanted to make a quick buck. Don’t go here unless you want to be overcharged

Rented uhaul vehicle via U Haul app .Went through the whole process of doing the walk through and once I opened the cargo area the floor was covered in dirt and had shattered glass everywhere which ended up getting our furniture dirty and created an inconvenience and a hazard during our move.

For a two hour trip the $29.95 had add-ons foir insurance I did not need, for environmental, gas was $15.30 for 35 miles, taxes, etc. The end bill was $83.10--total ripoff.

Renter doesn’t speak good English which was one drawback . But the thing that gets me. Is. I drove 5.94 miles And got charged for 2.7 gallons of gas I am not pleased with this and probably won’t be renting from you again

I really hope this location gets shut down after my experience/altercation. John there was super rude from the beginning. I had some credit vouchers from uhaul and this guy refused to take them , so I sat on hold for about a half hour got ahold of an area manager I think. She was great and helped me. But the guy at the location wouldn't answer the phone and so i had her on speaker phone and she was asking him to simply just give me the key. He refused still!!! So finally an hour later someone got ahold of the actual owner and he called the employee cell phone and told him to give me the key... this set me back an hour on my moving day and not to mention the stress . Please talk with the lady that got me taken care of and tell her thank you! But I really hope they are no longer a uhaul location

The employee who gave us the truck was amazing. My only issue was it was Not the size I had reserved making what should have been one trip into 3 costing me over $150 in fuel alone.

The location charged me for using the handtruck and all the blankets. I own my own book business and already had 2 of my own handtrucks, so Uhaul's were not used. And we used zero blankets. Again, book business, no need for moving blankets at all. All the books are in boxes and have no need for extra protection. This was a very unwelcome surprise to my contract which was 20.00 more expensive. Now I have to go down to the location to argue with the owners for overcharging me. Now what I wanted to be doing today.

Per mile charge was stated as $1.09 but I was charged $1.19 - agent stated that it was the "weekend rate" since it was Friday.

Used this location to rent the cargo van. I picked it up early on a Sunday morning when business was light. Service was speedy and had me on the way in no time. Cargo van was in great condition.

I would caution them not to buy gas for the vehicle before returning it because you will get charged anyway. Regardless of the fact that you return the vehicle with more gas than when you took it!

air conditioner did not work check engine light on the entire time and flashing reservation was for Everett at 9am, made us wait until 1pm and pickup in Marysville uhaul trucks secondary effort

The quick food mart staff here was sincerely trying I felt, but I think there is a training gap with the computers and procedures to validate vehicle state. Service worker spend 15min trying to refund a dollar or two for the missing blankets. I said it was OK and would rather just get the truck w/o further delay. When I got to my home I discovered there were 0 blankets in back end.

I requested a one day rental but ended up with a (3) three day rental. I was also offered an extra day free if I would drop the truck off 69 miles away from my destination, with the miles added being taken off. We will see if they keep that part of the bargain. The address they gave me on the paperwork did not match the address on the site and I spent an extra hour driving around before going back and finding the store ( in the middle of the block. ) saying 6530 Arrowood, on a street named Mile Hill Dr. Also, the windshield was filthy and I wonder if I am going to be charged for that.

My issue with U-Haul is not with the site, but with U-Haul in general. This is the second time I was notified the day before a move that I had to drive a fair distance to pick up a truck. The last thing anyone in the middle of a move needs is to drive to pick up a truck miles from the place where the order was placed. While warned of this potential, it is sad that U-Haul cannot transport the trucks to the site of order for the customer. I am very unhappy with this.

The gentleman that got me all set was great. Direct To the point and it was a very fluid process. Now the owners when I dropped off the truck were just rude and acted as if I was a huge inconvienance. They said maybe three words to me and I had some questions about the final bill and the wife was very parronizing and acted as if she didn’t want to answer certain questions I had and it was irritating at best... her husband who never said a word to me even tho he was the one I was doing the return inspection with and I was asking him questions and he was ignoring me the whole time. Not to mention I wanted to get some water and the owners wife was going to let me use the restroom and he chimes in using a language I don’t speak but the face he had and the gestures told me it was not good and was about me. So it wasn’t any surprise when the wife said oh sorry you have to buy something or go nest door. Keep in mind they just swiped my card for over a hundred dollars... guess u haul money don’t count as there stores money... all in all tho I never have any issues with u haul as a whole. Your standard operating procedures and fees are reasonable. I’ll still use u haul over Penske or budget any day of the week. Can’t let a few bad apples spoil the whole batch.

These people are the RUDEST people I have ever rented from, they completely price gauged me over gas when I OVERFILLED the tank from when I picked it up. I have rented uhauals too many times to count in my life and have never stiffed anyone, I pay my bills, I am honest and just outraged how they treated me. I hope $6 that I OVERPAYED was worth a lifetime customer. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE. Just disgusted.

I am outraged at the price extracted for a simple 3 day rental and will warn everyone I know to avoid U-Haul rental at all cost. I will urge anyone who mentions they are considering a similar rental from your company to find any means possible to avoid any rental contract with you because of your exorbitant fees.

The person who helped me seemed somewhat rude and kept getting inturrupted by other customers. Also, the total fee for renting was much higher than I was expecting, so I was disappointed in that.

I prearranged the U-Haul rental and when my friend who was going to drive went to pick it up I had to drive down there after I gone in ahead of time. The man was slow and extremely rude. I would drive farther next time to get better service.

I asked for my pickup to be near shoreline. I was relocated an hour away in marysville and the pick up time was changed from 9am to 11am. Made my moving day challenging and frustrating. I also got blocked in by the car wash guys next door and couldn't leave until I found out who blocked my car in. Employee of the car wash was very rude.

The location was 11 miles each way to my house. I saw a 26 ft van not being used 2 miles from my house. This is not good business at all as i reserved well in advance. The rental place was great but not happy having to pay extra mileage just to pick up and drop off.

Let people know more than one day if pick up location changes. Rental fee tax cost needs to be disclosed, it was a surprise on my bill at pick up. The guy that helped was nice, a little weird, but nice.

The windshield had heavy bug splats over the entire surface. The fuel level was at 3/8 full. We had to stop at a gas station and clean the windshield and full the tank with gas, which was very annoying! I feel that we could have been cheated with the price of gas not knowing the exact amount that that in the truck. Last time we rented the vehicle the gas tank was full, so when we returned it we filled it up, that way we knew the exact amount of fuel we were paying for.

Great service, truck ready on time and clean. When we got caught in traffic and knew we would be a few minutes late returning the truck, I called and they couldn't have been nicer. She even told me to not worry and drive safely. Moving is hard but when you are treated so kindly it makes all the difference.

I would have had a great experience except that there was a $130 hold placed on my card on Friday that is still there today on Tuesday for picking it up, now I am out twice that amount until my bank processes the actual amount owed which is also being held for $188.....do the math. Thats $318 dollars being held for one transaction that should have only cost $188.......not a happy camper. I have easy pay bills that come out in two days. If my account over drafts I will be contacting the company for a refund for all of my charges.

The gas gauge was messed up went from 3/4 full to Full then back to empty and then to 3/4 full the whole time I was using it. So when I went to put gas in it I did not know how much money to put in it, only thing to do is fill it till it stopped witch was 30$. Going 34.5 miles does not cost 30$. Very angry about that I told the store and they said yea we heard? what if you know about it then why have you not fixed it. I am calling scam to get me and others to fill the truck up. I would like a credit to my cc for $20 witch I think is fair. I believe I used about 5-10$ worth of gas and I should not have to pay to fill a truck that the gas gauge dose not work.

I arrived at the time listed on the text confirmation for my reservation and no truck was available. The people at this location contacted Traffic to find another since you guys had failed at life, but they could only find one an additional 11 miles away. 22 mile round trip at $1.49 per mile to fix your screw-up, not mine. I will never rent from Uhaul again after this. Penske keeps their reservations.

The van like most uhauls smells like leaking gas when parked. Loading the van in the sun with the smell of gas fumes is not fun and gave me a headache. Too bad no money gets spent on maintenance.

The fuel cap light was on, indicating that the cap was not closed all of the way, yet it was. When I returned the truck, the Chinese owners who could hardly speak English yelled and screamed at me in Chinese. She told me in English that she "would finish the computer work and you go now." I left, as she assured me it was OK for me to leave, and I later discovered that I have been charged a random $44, along with other fees far exceeding the $56 she told me it would be. I also refilled the truck gas tank to exactly 1/4 of a tank, and the man owner accused me of not filling it to 1/4 a tank. I am very happy I videotaped the ENTIRE exchange, including the reading of the gas tank, showing that I did fill it to 1/4. It was an 85-degree day, and I had just finished several hours of moving many heavy items - this was not a good way to end the day. I would like to have been charged what she told me I would be charged. Otherwise, I will never use UHaul again - I will find a truck from a friend. I plan on doing much moving through the summer. This was a horrible business interaction.

I forgot to mention it to the dealer when I returned the unit, but that vehicle is in dire need of a new set of wipers. They chattered on the window even during a consistent rainfall. The young man who handled the transaction was friendly and knew what he was doing. He explained things clearly. Overall great experience.

Call center sucked well I called I said Friday to Sunday well I called a couple days before pickupthey said they didn't have a truck for me and then when they did they said after bring them Saturday so I called Captain Dizzy's in Marysville he had two trucks available it's like the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing
