The salesperson was friendly, however the software on the computer circled for 30 mins before I can get my rental. I even checked in online before I got there. Please fix the software! It was fine aside from that.

Ensure a clean vehicle upon pickup. Also be timelier with responding to customers. I contacted customer care and a nice rep said that I would hear from the rental location. It has been a week and I've not received a call or voicemail.

The truck was FILTHY!!!! stuff spilled and sticky on the dirt handle and seating wheel. Mud on the floor. Dash full of dust. Obviously not cleaned in a long time. I will never rent from here agai.

There was a few MAJOR hiccups in our reservation that we were not happy with. In trying to figure out things, the lady attending to us was less than helpful. Didn't even point us in a direction, just left us to our own devices to figure it out. While I understand a truck shortage is not her fault, it's your company's, I expected more hep from someone who who works for you. Other than that, pick up of our truck went easy. Just wish these pickup places had more training in how to help when central offices screw up truck reservations.

This comment is not directed at Captain Dizzy 76 specifically, but to the UHAUL company, as a whole. PLEASE, actually GUARANTEE your reservation system!! With something as planned as an actual Move Date, no one wants to leave it up to chance on if a truck will be waiting for you or not, especially after making a "reservation". This caused undue stress, and TIME, in our moving day.

Severe language barrier. Difficult to communicate and complete reservation. Was asked to provide contact information for relatives and no explanation was provided for why this information was being requested. Was given a fuel level estimate for the vehicle and the actual fuel estimate was far lower. Informed the rental location of this but I was told I was still required to refill the tank back to the level they initially indicated was already in the rental.

The ladies that dealt with very nice and helpful but the gentleman that i dealt with was nice to me but the two gentleman waiting for a truck he was quite rude too didnt apperciate how he talked to them very shortwith them but treated me differently. Maybe he needs to take a customer serice class to learn to be nice to everyone.

The staff for uhaul are rude and unprofessional. The would not allow me to return the truck early when I was told I could. Then they cancelled my drop off schedule and wouldn't help to fix it. Once it was fixed they decided they couldn't check it in yet and wouldn't issue my refund for my deposit. But claimed on my receipt that they issued me a cash refund. I had to call uhaul to get my refund they claimed they gave me and they charged me for gas even though I returned the truck with more fuel than what it had when I got it. All in all they were very unhelpful and rude

They did not even come out and look at the truck or check the gas which we put in more then needed. Then charged us for it being later then scheduled without saying anything. Thankfully i checked my email and noticed.

The guy who I spoke with seemed very rude, it was difficult to understand what he was saying most of the time and got angry at me for asking him to repeat himself. I paid over $170 for a round trip from this location to Mukilteo and back. I know I was overcharged because just the day before I rented the same U-Haul from another location and paid 96 for further distance. This guy had no interest in helping the customer he just wanted to make a quick buck. Don't go here unless you want to be overcharged

Rented uhaul vehicle via U Haul app .Went through the whole process of doing the walk through and once I opened the cargo area the floor was covered in dirt and had shattered glass everywhere which ended up getting our furniture dirty and created an inconvenience and a hazard during our move.

For a two hour trip the $29.95 had add-ons foir insurance I did not need, for environmental, gas was $15.30 for 35 miles, taxes, etc. The end bill was $83.10--total ripoff.

Renter doesn't speak good English which was one drawback . But the thing that gets me. Is. I drove 5.94 miles And got charged for 2.7 gallons of gas I am not pleased with this and probably won't be renting from you again

I really hope this location gets shut down after my experience/altercation. John there was super rude from the beginning. I had some credit vouchers from uhaul and this guy refused to take them , so I sat on hold for about a half hour got ahold of an area manager I think. She was great and helped me. But the guy at the location wouldn't answer the phone and so i had her on speaker phone and she was asking him to simply just give me the key. He refused still!!! So finally an hour later someone got ahold of the actual owner and he called the employee cell phone and told him to give me the key... this set me back an hour on my moving day and not to mention the stress . Please talk with the lady that got me taken care of and tell her thank you! But I really hope they are no longer a uhaul location

The employee who gave us the truck was amazing. My only issue was it was Not the size I had reserved making what should have been one trip into 3 costing me over $150 in fuel alone.

The location charged me for using the handtruck and all the blankets. I own my own book business and already had 2 of my own handtrucks, so Uhaul's were not used. And we used zero blankets. Again, book business, no need for moving blankets at all. All the books are in boxes and have no need for extra protection. This was a very unwelcome surprise to my contract which was 20.00 more expensive. Now I have to go down to the location to argue with the owners for overcharging me. Now what I wanted to be doing today.

Per mile charge was stated as $1.09 but I was charged $1.19 - agent stated that it was the "weekend rate" since it was Friday.

Used this location to rent the cargo van. I picked it up early on a Sunday morning when business was light. Service was speedy and had me on the way in no time. Cargo van was in great condition.

I would caution them not to buy gas for the vehicle before returning it because you will get charged anyway. Regardless of the fact that you return the vehicle with more gas than when you took it!

The quick food mart staff here was sincerely trying I felt, but I think there is a training gap with the computers and procedures to validate vehicle state. Service worker spend 15min trying to refund a dollar or two for the missing blankets. I said it was OK and would rather just get the truck w/o further delay. When I got to my home I discovered there were 0 blankets in back end.

I requested a one day rental but ended up with a (3) three day rental. I was also offered an extra day free if I would drop the truck off 69 miles away from my destination, with the miles added being taken off. We will see if they keep that part of the bargain. The address they gave me on the paperwork did not match the address on the site and I spent an extra hour driving around before going back and finding the store ( in the middle of the block. ) saying 6530 Arrowood, on a street named Mile Hill Dr. Also, the windshield was filthy and I wonder if I am going to be charged for that.

My issue with U-Haul is not with the site, but with U-Haul in general. This is the second time I was notified the day before a move that I had to drive a fair distance to pick up a truck. The last thing anyone in the middle of a move needs is to drive to pick up a truck miles from the place where the order was placed. While warned of this potential, it is sad that U-Haul cannot transport the trucks to the site of order for the customer. I am very unhappy with this.

The gentleman that got me all set was great. Direct To the point and it was a very fluid process. Now the owners when I dropped off the truck were just rude and acted as if I was a huge inconvienance. They said maybe three words to me and I had some questions about the final bill and the wife was very parronizing and acted as if she didn't want to answer certain questions I had and it was irritating at best... her husband who never said a word to me even tho he was the one I was doing the return inspection with and I was asking him questions and he was ignoring me the whole time. Not to mention I wanted to get some water and the owners wife was going to let me use the restroom and he chimes in using a language I don't speak but the face he had and the gestures told me it was not good and was about me. So it wasn't any surprise when the wife said oh sorry you have to buy something or go nest door. Keep in mind they just swiped my card for over a hundred dollars... guess u haul money don't count as there stores money... all in all tho I never have any issues with u haul as a whole. Your standard operating procedures and fees are reasonable. I'll still use u haul over Penske or budget any day of the week. Can't let a few bad apples spoil the whole batch.

These people are the RUDEST people I have ever rented from, they completely price gauged me over gas when I OVERFILLED the tank from when I picked it up. I have rented uhauals too many times to count in my life and have never stiffed anyone, I pay my bills, I am honest and just outraged how they treated me. I hope $6 that I OVERPAYED was worth a lifetime customer. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE. Just disgusted.
