I signed up for the 'app pickup.' The unit was not pre-staged, nor available, at the requested time. There is a small sign on the door for uhaul customers to call. There is no signage stating they have a person in the building, two buildings down, to handle the paperwork, etc. We found it by pure luck. Plus, when we called the number, no one answered the phone.

Hours are not correct, and address is not correct. Had to call a number I found, and leave a message. Someone called me back like 30-45 minutes later and checked me out over the phone and told me what trailer to get. Then trailer was blocked in, and I had to move trailers to get to it. No one was there….

I made this transaction online; to improve the experience, there should be more feedback regarding the vendor involved. In this case, I ordered rental furniture blankets, but none were available at the pickup site; also, it would be immensely helpful to note that no (trailer hookup) assistance is available at this site.

Store and yard not next to one another. No assistance with hooking up auto transport. No walk around of equipment to identify previous damage. This location was 1 1/2 hours from my home. There are 3 or 4 locations within a 20 minute drive.

The address listed was incorrect. The store once found was closed and no one showed up to open it as the door sign indicated. A drop box was provided out side.

The Uhaul dealership is no longer at this location and we wasted more than hour trying to find the correct location. I tried to contact Customer Service but was on hold for most of the hour with no resolution. You owe me two hours of my life back.

On the U Haul website the different locations say they have u hauls available to reserve but when you call the specific location they say they don't have that U Haul available. This happened to me at several locations when I was looking for a 10 ft truck. Make sure you contact the place you are renting the U haul from to be 100% sure you can reserve the size you want.

This drop off location was approximately 65 miles from the contracted location. Contracted location was not accepting drop offs even though it was contracted location. Wasted 4 hours of vacation time traveling 65 miles to drop off and 65 miles to return to home.

We were charged extra miles when we clearly did not go over the amount that were given to us by the central office. Our pick up and drop off location changed way to much. The location of pick up was very nice!

Scheduled a pickup for 9:00am.....location was not open waited 15 minutes then had to call to get service ....waited until 9:50 before someone arrived at site .......storage yard where trailer kept was overgrown & unable to check thoroughly & attendant didnt bother to check equipment....never came outside. Drove approximately 30 miles &realized right tire was flat.......spent 3 hours trying to get it fixed. Lost a day of travel time due to poor equipment & customer service.

This was where I planed on dropping it off, but I was told to drop it off 30 miles away at another location, I did not. I am not sure what corporate is doing with moving locations for pick-ups and drop-offs, but it makes me not want to deal with the hassle of U-haul.

I had a very frustrating experience with U-Haul until I had a chance to interact with the robbinsville branch. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I definitely would recommend and couldn't say enough positive things about this particular U-Haul location

They didn’t have the size truck we wanted after I had called a week earlier. When we found one they wouldn’t get it. They let us have it for the price of smaller but it took more gas than smaller. Was not happy. If they say they will have it they should have it. We would never came down when we did till they got one had we known. They said Uhaul called us. But we never got a call. If they don’t get what we want why reserve it. We were not happy.

Clean out the cab of the UHaul. It was dirty. There were personal objects from last renter. We even found medications/drugs left in cab.

I reserved my truck for Bryson city NC, was given a new address for Robbinsville NC. Thats fine, but the address given was wrong. When I found the location, the girl there didn't even show me where my trailer was. The trailer was parked in the field in the weeds. No one helped hook up the trailer or nothing. Very poor service at this location.

The ladies had know one to bring up the uhaul to the front. It was in a field for pick up. Know tools for hitch ball change. No straps hitches or balls for sale. When I rented the trailor they couldn't fine my vehical.

The drop off location is not on North main street but at the intersection of N Main and Rodney Orr. Have left voicemail with no response. No one was present for the drop off and I received msgs from uHaul that I was late returning the trailer. If no one is going to be there to check in the equipment, they should at lease insprect the lot daily

For the correct address to given by uhaul representatives. Spoke to three different (pickup) representatives - all gave incorrect (drop off) address information. *this is not a reflection of the drop off location representative - they shared the same frustration.

From the time I reserved my truck it was bad. I called into customer service the first time and the lady was AMAZING!!! However, when I picked up my truck the special was not recognized that I was quoted. Then when I made my return I had to call in again and the lady this time acted like I was bothering her by calling in with my question. I only had 1 positive experience with U-HAUL during this transaction and overall was very disappointed.

Truck was dirty both in the cab and in the box. Fuel level on the sheet was inaccurate. Worst of all there's a gas leak on the filler tube. This truck should never have been sent out.

No one was there but a young girl no one to help put the trailer on my truck why don't u have crank to rase it up I pulled my arm out of socket trying to put it on lm been to dr have to go to a specialist on Monday I would like to know who to send the bill to I have rented many u Halls in the past this will be the last time very UNPROFESSIONAL THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I RENT A UH LL TILL U GET UR SHIT TOGETHER
