Joanne JMoving day can be very stressful. I was running behind schedule and was almost an hour late picking up the truck. When I arrived they had cancelled my reservation without my knowledge. I didn't get any email or call that it had been cancelled. Luckily it was still available but if it wasn't, I have no idea how I would have been able to move. I cannot rely on uhaul and will avoid using the company in the future.

Samuel Cthe truck's seat is starting to collapse on the left side, also the padlock is seized. Not big problems but just to let you know. I had a rough time with after hours pickup, as I didn't know I had to come exactly at the reservation time and ended up standing in the rain at midnight trying to do chat with Support. They did fix the problem but it was a pretty miserable half hour. It would be helpful to have it spelled out in the pickup instructions that the "pick up my truck" button will only appear in the app dashboard at your reservation time.

Tom RVery satisfied with the drop off.When I arrived I was taking pictures of the gas level and mileage and the guy was already at the door ready to close the rental and telling me to take my time and take all the pictures I wanted. They’ll absolutely see me again.
Normand CI booked a truck weeks in advance, but having read some reviews about U-Haul, I expected the worst. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the Breezehill location on the scheduled day. Paul at that location is the best. Thanks to him my pickup and return went without a hitch.

Simon KI checked "yes" for equipment being clean, because I wanted to be reasonable. There was some dirty snow on the floor of the van. I realize that it's winter and that keeping things clean is a challenge, but it would have been nice if the floor had been free of snow. It's not a huge big deal though. The staff were super-friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this particular location!
Marcie TU haul was completely covered in snow so it took me an additional 20 minutes to clear the truck before I could drive it. Truck was dirty inside. Lights inside the truck and light in the back were out or not working (or I couldn’t figure out how to turn them on). The online check in and check out were really time consuming, I wouldn’t do it again, and I consider myself pretty tech savvy. App was slow.

Katie BYour app and website are fucking terrible. I spent half an hour in the middle of the night in a snow storm trying to return my van through the app and website. The app wouldn't load the page to input the mileage and gas tank level and the website wouldn't allow me to attach pictures from my phone. In the end I clicked a link that basically just said "park the van and put the keys in the drop box". After a weekend of lifting heavy shit I didn't need the extra hassle. Staff at the location were super helpful on check-in and are the only reason I'd choose uhaul again.

Mahmoud HThe truck was too noisy when driving. At night when driving you can’t see the road because of the truck light is too low. They charged me 17 liters of gas for 30.81 dollars so 1 litre = 1.812 dollar which is not the real price of gas and plus also taxes so they are doing a nice profit from this. Good luck U-Haul

Manoj GNot giving us a utility dolly even though I requested it. Without the dolly, it made the moving process so difficult that my friend injured his back.
Ching HMy only gripe was an after dark return is a bit challenging given the number of photos that need to be taken. The key drop was not super obvious in the dark and non-U-Haul vans were blocking the signage. Overall I did find the experience pretty convenient. I also called the location ahead of time and they were super friendly and helpful.

Amulya DTruck used was a bigger model, so the absence of electric side mirror control made it difficult to adjust the mirrors (had to exit the vehicle to adjust the passenger side mirror, go back inside to check, go out and try again several times). Otherwise, great truck. Also would like to thank the very friendly and helpful staff.
