The location is physically located well, but the lack of personal service makes it unpleasant, as the UHaul 800 # couldn't assist and had me go to the property owner for assistance, which was not a solution. The inside back of the vehicle was covered in dried white residue. The lock on the lock box malfunctioned and the front panel to the lock box doesn't drop far enough to retrieve the key without significant difficulty. Overall a poor experience that will not get any repeat business from me.

It took hours to finally be helped by an angel Katlin over the phone to resolve the return. That last thing an individual needs is a 3.5 hr delay in retiring a 26' van after moving thier entire life - just saying
