Owner was very rude, not helpful at alll. He did not un hook trailer I had to unhook all and move trailer my self .He kept telling me I could drop off at a fort Myers location ,even though I was in Cape Coral Never again. He should not be Uhaul location. Do not go to there

Check in service is not easy to complete if you have any questions. I was on a hold for an hour and a half. Once they answered my call I checked in but after an hour and a half of waiting. That was ridiculous. Customer service needs to be improved and there needs to be more people answering the phone if you truly want people to be able to check in easily

Provide all equipment when you get the uhaul you rented. I received none of the requested materials. Both no pads and no dolly. But still got charged for it.

The app over the phone drop off at a “gas station” was not a good idea- my app and my friends app would not let me return my van- the gentleman at the “gas station” refused to come out to help. It took hours to finally be helped by an angel Katlin over the phone to resolve the return. That last thing an individual needs is a 3.5 hr delay in retiring a 26' van after moving thier entire life - just saying

Make it easier to rent a truck. You made me verify a million things then provide number to people who had to answer immediately. Tr hen theres the whole key box fiasco took forever. Just very inconvenient but I guess it is what it is

first I lost an hour because the code they sent me did not open the look, also the customer service took another hour on the phone I think they should improve those things for the benefit of the client
