Check in service is not easy to complete if you have any questions. I was on a hold for an hour and a half. Once they answered my call I checked in but after an hour and a half of waiting. That was ridiculous. Customer service needs to be improved and there needs to be more people answering the phone if you truly want people to be able to check in easilydawn S.

The app over the phone drop off at a â€œgas stationâ€ was not a good idea- my app and my friends app would not let me return my van- the gentleman at the â€œgas stationâ€ refused to come out to help. It took hours to finally be helped by an angel Katlin over the phone to resolve the return. That last thing an individual needs is a 3.5 hr delay in retiring a 26' van after moving thier entire life - just sayingTeresa E.
Make it easier to rent a truck. You made me verify a million things then provide number to people who had to answer immediately. Tr hen theres the whole key box fiasco took forever. Just very inconvenient but I guess it is what it isGhaleb Z.
