I can not get into a storage unit as there was no office near storage facility on Gordon. Tried calling phone number listed..no answer

We did not use your storage unit. I spoke to Christian that a friend of ours is letting us put our car in his garage for a week. Christian said he would refund our money since we didn't use your facility. Please contact me about my refund. Thank you Judy Harrison

Russ was very kind ! We needed a unit for just under a month and they were able to accommodate us ! We were moving and just needs a small unit to leave a motorcycle in ! Russ was very helpful and always responded in a timely manner when I would reach out to him ! Thank you Russ !

Seeing someone in office was difficult because of COVID. Everyone was friendly and provided good service, the office staff, manager & answering service. Units were just what we needed. Would recommend the facility for others with storage needs.

I was pleased that even though I was a day late for my reservation I was still able to get a unit and even upgraded to a bigger size

I was given a price over the phone when I arrived to do paperwork there were additional charges for a number of other things. I feel I was being deceived to use this facility.
