We went to pick up truck at scheduled time 10am. This office made a timing error, schedule conflict. Couldn't pick up truck till 1pm This was inconvenient. I had expected to see some kind of discount because of said inconvenience. Won't use them again, nor recommend them either. Not cool

The lady that checked us out was very nice and easy to work with. The office was very comfortable and clean. For sure I will send friends there it they need moving help!

Reduce the mileage rate - I would have used the truck more. The U-Haul person who served me was very helpful and friendly. It made for a very smooth rental.
