Dropped off @ 2:30 on day 1 & he typed in i dropped it off on day 2 @ 12:02. He did not check it in until I called a UHaul service representative. He said I went over on miles when I drove straight from 1 location to my destination and then to the UHaul drop off location.

Jonathan TThere were a number of problems with this rental: 1. I had selected the truck share option so that I could pick up the truck and equipment earlier than when the location is open. The facility did not have the furniture pads, or appliance dolly available when I wanted to pick up the truck, so I had to wait an hour for the facility to open so that I could actually pick up the truck. 2. To use the truck share option you need to have a cell phone, however there is little to no cell service at this pick up location, making the truck share option almost impossible to use regardless, I had to drive two miles to another location to even get cell service , and then find out I had to wait an additional hour to pick up the truck with other items that I had included on my reservation. 3. Once I was finally able to pick up the truck, I was informed that the other items (furniture pads, applicance dolly) were not available at that location, and I would have to drive to another location approximately five miles away to pick up those items, this was not acceptable at all, and is very poor customer service, especially considering that I was charged 0.99 cents per mile for those additional 10 miles (picking up and dropping off) just to get items that I had included in my reservation. Uhaul should have been up front with me and informed me well before hand that these items were not available with the truck. 4. I had to call uhaul to get an item that I didn't even rent removed from my reservation (utility dolly), I am not sure why it was even added, but I did not request it in the reservation, and they didn't have any available anyways at the location I rented from. 5. When I went to the other location to pick up the additional items, this cost me time, and money per mile, and I ended up starting my move almost two hours later than planned, which put me behind with the movers that I had hired to help, and I had to pay those movers additional time, as they had to stay longer to help out with things I had planned to have done by the time they got there. I would not consider renting from this location again.

Harry MAlthough the trailer was not clean of debris, the service otherwise at the location was very good. The trailer was small so it was not a big issue for me to simply sweep it out, although it would have been good to not have had to do it. The transaction and hookup assistance was prompt and helpful.

It rained the entire trip and when we got to our destination all of the contents were soaked. I told the person at the drop off location, but all that they said was thanks for letting us know.

Brian BIt was difficult to find the U-Haul office. It was listed on the reservation as Suite 180. It should be Suite 150. They need to correct address in U-haul system and more properly identify the office!

Ursula WI was sent from Canton, who seemed to be a very confused group of individuals to Waleska. Cameron staid 10 minutes past closing to help rent us the trailer that we needed. He was helpful, understanding and very professional.
JOSEPH DWe reserved 2 Trucks to pick up at 9am. None arrived until 9:30am. Only 1 truck was there. The 15' truck we were told had to be picked up at a different location. The person was not helpful explaining or helping find another truck. We ended up having to drive 30 minutes away and were over 90 minutes late for our paid moving helpers.
EDMUND VHave a professional personal appearance. And make sure the cabin of the truck is immaculate. I made a point to get out of the cabin and let the proprietor know the inside of the cabin was disgusting. He just nodded and said 'OK'. What should have happened was either a new truck that was clean or a insistence that they clean the truck before I leave. There was spilled soda all over the dash and cigarette ashes all over the seats and floor. Hands down my worst U-Haul customer service experience. Truck worked fine.
STUART AI extended my stay by 3 days and was charged for a full month even though I asked to pay a prorated amount for the three days, I was told was in the contact that I signed. They were unwilling to work with me. Unfortunate. Would rather lose a potential customer or a good reference,

WALTER Cgate malfunctioned 3 or 4 times, was locked in twice and none of your phones were answered. One time after a trip in our fifth wheel we came back to find our space rented out to another. Took 2 weeks to get our paid space back. We were on auto pay and always current.
robert w | Overall ExperienceThe employees were nice and helpful; however, Uhaul's program has many flaws. I booked my reservation weeks in advance for a 26' truck at 7am. Two days before pickup, I was notified the truck would not be available until 10:30 that morning, which was a big disappointment, because we had a strict time schedule for the day. The day of the reservation we attempted to call Uhaul- with no answer. We showed up to the uhaul place in Peachtree City and they had no truck for us. We were told there was one in Canton, Ga. We drove to the location in Canton. They said there was no truck there for us. We were told there was a truck in Waleska, Ga. We drove to Waleska. The system was down and we waited there an hour before we could get the truck. We did not get a truck until 1pm that day. Kody in Canton was very helpful and apologetic, but Uhaul needs to get it together. We still had to pay over $130 for this truck. This was unacceptable.

ROBERT SI was ripped off at this location- he charged me for an extra 50 miles that I did not drive. I would never use this location again and I might be done with U-haul in general after this. I really hate being ripped off.

DAVID P | Overall ExperienceThe staff was completely professional understanding helpful and always available to answer questions as far as staff goes they were perfect. Now the down side. I am aware that I had a non climate controlled unit but there were holes in the metal roof there was no lighting at all on the row that my unit was on even though the area had a security fence. If you had to be there at night it felt very unsafe loading and unloading at night was out of the question. As I stated I absolutely love the staff but with the lighting issues and the holes in the roof Almere the only downside I had several items get moldy because of the roof several family heirlooms. And antiques items that can not be replaced. Also the only other down side was the price. There were several other storage facilities nearby that were between 45 and 60 dollars cheeper for the same size unit we had. The only reason can find to recommend these units is because of the staff hopefully they will address these few issues in the future I will ish them nothing but success in the future.
