Terrible. Went to return on due date, no one was there to answer the door or the phone. No lot to leave vehicle, either. Went back the next day, still no one there and no one answering the phone. Called about 10 times and waited around knocking on the door for 20 minutes. Finally gave up and parked in the alleyway next door, as there is no parking whatsoever. I hope it doesn't get ticketed. How did this even qualify as a drop off location?

Inside truck was had spills of coke and was sticky on wheel. Thank you for your help.

We had an eleven hour drive, cruise control would have been really appreciated. Otherwise it was a comfortable truck.

Many things were wrong including pick up location. They wanted me to pick up far away from where I was moving from and charge me the miles to drive an empty truck. They tried to make me drop the truck off at a distant location to make me pay for those miles as well.

The rep marked the tank as full. When I went out it was on 3/4 of a tank. I told the guy and he said he would change it in the computer. When I dropped off the truck at the address that he wrote on my contract, the guy said I was supposed to drop the truck in Knoxville. I was charged $31.45 for gas, $74.00 for dropping at the location that I was instructed to drop it at and $11.24 for tax. That is $116.69 that I need refunded to my card. I have tried to contact customer service to get a refund and have not been able to get anyone on the phone. Please contact me to let me know my refund was processed.
