When I arrived it was difficult to access the key to the truck. The truck was vandalized, had to spend 10minutes taking pictures and answering questions via mobile device when I am already on a time crunch to move. Not user friendly nor did the uhual location help with anything.David R.

No one working the counter. A random employee of the garage told me to just leave the key. I was charged a dollar for missing/damage fee. Have no idea what that is for. Will call customer service and wait 45 mins to have that charged reversed.Brian W.
The drop-off was way better than the pickup so yes they were very nice they tried to help me out but the computer would not let them and drop off was good I can honestly say but the pickup terrible would not recommend that to anybody I knowPAMELA R.

You know, I have used uhaul before. This truck appeared to have just arrived from the red dirt of Oklahoma. Yes, the bed was clean and cab clean, but my lands, the outside was filthy. I didn't mind cause I had put the insurance on the vehicle contract. I was okay with that...but, I took pictures and was outside of the time frame to show it at pick up. Okay experience.David H.
I would not recommend C&S Specialty Garage for Uhaul location. During pickup Austin Procter is not even in the counter where I have to wait atleast 5 min. finally I decided to call their phone so someone would come out. 2nd - Uhaul rep dont even want to come out with me to check the condition of the truck at first he wanted me to sign before giving me the key. Finally he came out with me in the truck and while Im checking the truck he left, locked the truck and told me to let him know when Im ready. On returned date 28 Jan 2021, 2:10pm - the location is closed so I've tried to check out to your Uhaul/share but cannot checked out. I called your 800 number and got to speak to Yanyan Tian and helped me with the checked out. I have send her all the picture she requested and its now 250pm and still C&S Specialty Garage are still closed. Around 230am 30 Jan 2021, I received my checked out paper and there I was overcharge $17 for fuel stating that its only 3/4 full instead of 7/8 full for which I have a receipt for fuel of $12 that I filled the gas tank to its original level.Lauro M.

I turned the keys in the night before it was due and they took an extra 4 days to process the keys so I got charged and extra 170 on top of my 700 already. Horrible serviceROBERT H.
They showed up and checked in the uhaul I was renting them 5 hours later I got called from the customer service asking if I already returned the uhaul I was renting and when I got my recipe today they charge me with the $16.00 gas when I returned to them it was almost full.Jybs N.
