I was given the option to do mobile pick up. When I arrived at the facility and did the whole process for mobile pick up, I was not given a code for the lock box for the key or anything. The only solution was to see a representative, but there wasn't one. The place didn't open until 10 despite the uhaul website saying 9 (which is when I was there to pick it up). I tried to chat with customer service who was very unhelpful and just told me to talk to the representative at the facility. I was put behind a whole hour after already having a time constraint for my move.

They have free internet
CHRISTOPHER WThe Internet was very weak and I needed it to access my truck. It took a VERY long time to get my truck, I wasted more than an hour on moving day.
Daniel CNo one was there, there was no cellular coverage to use the app, it was a lot full of car parts. When I called the number, there was no answer and the voicemail box wasn't set up. A very uninviting place to leave a truck and no way to contact U-Haul. I left the truck and keys and called from home. I will never use an unstaffed location again.

Jon BReturn process was a nightmare. The location was not very inviting nor was it clear how or where to return the equipment. I returned my equipment about half hour late and was charged for an additional full day. The location did not process the return until 2-hours after I had dropped off the equipment. I do not plan on using U-Haul for anything ever again, and would certainly not recommend them to friends and family. I'm very disappointed and was not made to feel like a valued customer.
JOHN GWas not able to get a signal to get my truck after hours. Had to make several phone calls to get in the truck. By the time I got the trick to my location, the help was ready to leave
