Have the person renting the vehicle trained know each product in the cab better. Order new trucks/equipment that is simple to use! OFF ON No buttons/switches that one must read a page somewhere in owners manual to use. Keep it simple!!!!kenneth B.

The guy was great. Got a truck with 13k on it so basically new truck. I got 3-4 hrs into 9 hr drive and air goes out. It's 99 heat advisory. I call local Uhaul and let him know maybe it's a fluke. Turned back on for couple minutes then got air. Called 1800 # got reference # told I could park n wait 1-1.5 hrs minimum for a fix or someone to come look at. By this time it's so hot my phone is over heating and I'm holding it out window so I can follow map directions. Finally make it to new state 9 hr drive. Call 1800 about was told partial or refund. Get call from regional Uhaul dealer and told he can give me 50 bucks for my trouble. I'm like serious I spent over 2100 on two uhauls and told well since abs/traction light came on I can give you total 100 dollars. Which I know it's business but that was a joke.poor customer service should have been I've seen how much you spent and want to make this right here's at least 500 off for 26ft. At least 500 to make right n still making a profit of 900 if you count the bigger insurance I purchased. Just sad. I got a Uhaul too early filled up 180 bucks was refunded but charged 70 for 1 day n insurance plus mileage. Then order a 26 n 10ft n deal with heat advisory n best they can do is 100 bucks because air conditional is an luxury when I'm pretty sure al cars come with air so not s luxury. Would I use Uhaul again? No I'll use another service.Scott K.

15 ft truck was 15ft across the top and 12 ft Across the bottom which results in a huge loss of storage space. Not cool should be advertised as 12 ft truck with moms attic otherwise I would have gotten a larger truck and not have to make arrangements for my stuff that should have fit in a15 footerCallie M.

You need to check the balance on that truck's tires. No pulling one way or the other, however, a severe vibration at speeds above 55 mph. Truck was very clean and the service from both dealers was first rate.kevin T.

So when we picked up the u-haul, we used the app because it was a Sunday. The mileage for the truck we rented was listed on the app at about 200 miles under what it actually was. We took pictures, like the app asked, uploaded them, and input the actual mileage. Later, We drop the u-haul off, take pictures again, and input the new mileage. We had put about 25 miles on it total. Because of the mistaken mileage beforehand, the app went into error mode and wouldn't complete our return. We called corporate and explained the situation, and we were told that she could see the pictures, she would input a note, and the charges would be adjusted accordingly. Well. They weren't. The next day, instead of being charged around $60, we were charged $220. So I called the local office, who called corporate, and they said it would be refunded for us, we would just have to wait a day or two for it to come back. No problem! Except...two days later, instead of a refund, we find yet another charge from U-haul for $175. So now, for a $60 in town run, we have been charged about $400. The more we talk to u-haul, the more the charges get messed up. We had the truck less than 3 hours. We couldn't possibly have driven it 225 miles, but that's what we have been charged for now...twice. Completely not worth the headache this has caused.William L.
The drop off location would not honor the purchase of a queen size bag and therefore charged me more for the bag than I had already paid on line. I had also tried to purchase some boxes from this location days before but the prices were much higher than online even though I was wanting to purchase 50 boxes.Paul M.
