The guy at the desk was so helpful He was able to explain several things we didn't know and when we had a problem with checking in he assisted us until we received our truck. Thank you so much for your help.

He was rude as I had completed my reservation online and decline the $26 optional insurance as he insisted to pay the additional optional insurance as he stated I agreed and I told him no I had and is declining. He didn't even guide me to tell me where the truck was parked and it was a rainy morning. Very rude.

Jhn RStarter on vehicle needs to be replaced. Turned the key and just clicks. This happened twice. Finally engine would start after multiple attempts. I am sure they were told about this but decided to ignore taking any corrective action. Vehicle was also dirty inside and out. Very disappointed

Sandra GScheduled a 12:45 pickup. When I got there about 12:50 no one was there. I called and they said the person went to lunch and should be back later. I didn’t get my truck until 1:45. The person was in the back watching a movie when I got there.

Michael GWhen I went to the original location that I received via email,my rental wasn’t there. The associate working at that location helped me locate where my rental was located. I that started me off with a negative opinion. Through the help of the associate both on the phone and at that location, things got better.

ORALIA MI was suppose to have a Truck at 7 am at another u haul location! They didn’t have my truck and sent me to this location to get a truck at 9 am! This made me 2 hours late in my move and I had to hold off my labor 2 hours! I booked 48 hours in advance and was not happy!
jerrold bJust a lot of dog hair left in the front of the cab from the previous renter. Good thing we weren't allergic to dogs.

Peter MHave someone at the location. If they are open, then they should have someone there, seems like it would make sense. Amazing that the pick up and drop off location both were during normal business hours when they are “suppose” to be open and neither place had anyone around. Seemed like a bad joke came to life.

Danny RFirst your computer failed to send through an online order of boxes to the location specified. I had to purchase again on site and then just today go back to that location to sign for a refund. Now? Now the truck rental i did way in advance for pick up where we live in Blue Island IL is not available. We have to drive all the way to Bridgeview IL to get it. And we will get stuck paying for the extra mileage! I will NEVER use your online system again and plan to share this experience all over social media. This is a horrible experience and we hadn't even started moving boxes. Our reservation number is 22004304.

Andrew BLocation was easy to find. Person was friendly and had me out of there in 1/2 hour. Place was not very clean or orderly.
Thomas VCompany was not open when my schedule pick up was made, I had to call my haul rep that called the company manager... He came right away to release vehicle
Kathy AThe equipment was not checked, the left turn signal was not operational so I could not take the 6 x 12 cargo trailer. I ended up taking a smaller one and had to return it because it would not fit the items I needed to move. This is typical for a drop off location, I would never use a drop off location again. I ended up going to Charlie's in Villa Park, he was awesome.
