When I went to the original location that I received via email,my rental wasn't there. The associate working at that location helped me locate where my rental was located. I was suppose to have a Truck at 7 am at another u haul location! They didn't have my truck and sent me to this location to get a truck at 9 am! This made me 2 hours late in my move and I had to hold off my labor 2 hours! I booked 48 hours in advance and was not happy!jerrold B.

Have someone at the location. If they are open, then they should have someone there, seems like it would make sense. Amazing that the pick up and drop off location both were during normal business hours when they are â€œsupposeâ€ to be open and neither place had anyone around. Seemed like a bad joke came to life.Gary L.

First your computer failed to send through an online order of boxes to the location specified. I had to purchase again on site and then just today go back to that location to sign for a refund. Now? Now the truck rental i did way in advance for pick up where we live in Blue Island IL is not available. We have to drive all the way to Bridgeview IL to get it. And we will get stuck paying for the extra mileage! I will NEVER use your online system again and plan to share this experience all over social media. This is a horrible experience and we hadn't even started moving boxes. Our reservation number is 22004304.Julie C.

Company was not open when my schedule pick up was made, I had to call my haul rep that called the company manager... He came right away to release vehicleKathy A.
The equipment was not checked, the left turn signal was not operational so I could not take the 6 x 12 cargo trailer. I ended up taking a smaller one and had to return it because it would not fit the items I needed to move. This is typical for a drop off location, I would never use a drop off location again. I ended up going to Charlie's in Villa Park, he was awesome.john K.

Drop off with key box. IMPORTANT: Attendant at the pickup location reported a 1/8 amount of gas in the tank increase than was given to me. This cost me $7 on the return because I refilled the tank to the part that was in the tank originally. He gave me no chance to dispute this because he rushed back into the office after giving me the truck. This really upset me after seeing the charge on the other end.DANIEL C.

Waited for 20 minutes for a sales rep to get a real drop off location - then the call was dropped. Call 2 got a drop off location emailed to us but the link was invalid because of a problem on the uhaul web site. call3 - Person 3 was able to sent the actual new drop off address. I will never use Uhaul anymore. My first reservation the place was closed no one showed up. The second reservation I had to wait an additional 30min after waiting over 30 min at first location. It put my schedule behind and very unprofessional.Elice D W.

If you reserve your u-hal online please call the day before to confirm, mine online order was never processed, i called corp and everything was corrected, I had to pickup the u-hal from another location futher than the requested one, u-hal took care of the extra miles, what could have been a bad experience turned out to be ok. Please call the day ahead to confirm.LISA C.
I booked online over a month in advance an even call the week before and the day before to confirm my reservation. On the day of my move, I was told there was no truck and had to drive an hour out of my way to get one. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL EVER AGAIN and plan on telling all of my family and friends about my horrible experience.JENNIFER K.
