I will never use U-Haiul again unless I have no other options. I made a truck reservation on July 19 for a 20 foot truck to pick up in Lincoln. I received a phone call about 24 hours in advance informing that there was no 20 foot truck in Lincoln and that I would have go to NE City or Omaha to pick up my truck. I said no way. I ended up having to drive 35-40 to Beatrice, NE to pick up a 26 foot truck which I did not want. When a customer makes a reservation that far in advance, one would think a truck could have been in Lincoln. To be honest I want my $75 it took to fill up the truck. I should not of had to take 2 hours out of my day to drive to Beatrice and add gas to Beatrice to pick up a U-Haul truck when I live in a 280,000 city.jeff B.

We were contacted, both formally and informally, by Uhaul franchisee owners to drop our rented vehicles off at each of their locations. By the end of it, we were confused and wasnt entirely sure which direction to go. That said, the woman who ended up helping us was great to work with.Jamie K.

The entire process with U-Haul corporate was horrible! I should no of had to go to Beatrice when I was supposed to get it in Fby. Got me gas money a extra ride and 3 hours of moving timeLinda S.
The truck windshield was dirty, as was the cab. I swept the bed of the truck as there was debris from the last user. The pick up location is a "detail shop"; should have been a clean truck. The transmission dragged; the truck was constantly striving to find the best gear (but it was a FORD, after all...)Kathi P.

Jen does an excellent job of customer service. She is a strong attribute to your company. I had looked at the tires and commented to Jen that they were showing some wear but appeared to be in good shape. If I did not see the impending tread damage or feel it in trailer bounce I can not blame anyone else for not seeing it. I check tires at each fuel stop and never sensed an issue until I saw the bare belts as I loaded the car for the trip home.LEON J.

Worst experience ever. Reserve truck weeks in advance but there was no truck. Nobody called me, when I called there was no apology, lady wasn't even nice at u haul customer service line. Best option she gave me was to drive 90 minutes for an available truck--by that time movers were already on the clock because I had no advanced warning there was a problem with my order. I will strongly suggest to all my friends and social media following that they avoid you in the future. And I had previously been a loyal customer. This was ridiculous. The ONLY consolation was Jen at local office was sympathetic and nice.PATRICK E.
