The front desk representative was unprofessional. She had uncensored music playing loudly on her phone with vulgar sexual lyrics and excessive cursing. Even while checking me into the computer she never lowered it or turned it off. She gave no eye contact and asked me the same question multiple times before it registered. She appeared to be under the influence of something. She also took a picture of me with her phone which she said was protocol per management, but I didn't read anything about that requirement in the reservation. If it is protocol it should be posted so customers are informed, and since it looks like a personal phone, management should supply their workers with an iPad at the very least so it appears more professional. Overall, the experience could have been improved with a customer service etiquette discussion so employees understand that they are the face of the business.FALON W.

The staff was very good, and the Uhaul was clean. Unfortunately, the hose convection to the gas tank had worn through (looked like a repair of a broken line). We discovered this when trying to fill the tank...spilled a gallon of gas... Fortunately, we had only used the Uhaul for 20 Miles, so it wasn't a massive inconvenience, but I will check the undercarriage from now on!KIRK W.

This location rocks. They always have the trucks ad vans I need. Today I rented a van to pick up stuff from my storage and the owner was so helpful and fast to get my paper work so I could go get my things. All my friends and family will be going to CNB liquidations for a uhaul rental. Keep doing what you doing guys.Maria D.
The truck was great. The tiny office was cramped. Computer printer so old and dirty that it wouldn't print the contract. My first and last time at this location.LORI S.
We had a 7am reservation, so we arrived at 6:55am. When we tried to use the online system to pick up the truck, it said we needed to wait until they opened at 8:30, even though we had selected the 24/7 mobile check-in option. I had a whole family of people ready to help us move, and we had to wait an extra hour and a half in order to get the truck and start. A simple email letting us know that the 24/7 check-in system was not going to be available would have be nice. When we finally were able to get the truck, the check-in person had difficulty getting us checked in and I had to ask her twice to wear her mask (which is required right now). She apologized for the inconvenience and said we could use the dollies without being charged for them because it was their mistake that we lost an hour and a half with the truck and had a bunch of people waiting to help us. At the end of the day, I returned the truck and was charged for the dollies. I have tried calling them twice to get this corrected, but they will not answer the phone. While the truck itself was fine, the customer service was less satisfactory.Alexandra H.
