Liddia FNothing here… But in Casper the location by KFC … those staff members need to learn how not to lie. One says something…someone says something else… CS takes my reservations only to find out nothing is available. The Casper location claims they can not look at other locations for inventory…. I call BS!!! Sooo I did the leg work to find a rental. We don’t live in the 18th century. Your systems are connected… they are lazy and liars I doubt I will entertain any rentals from Uhaul now but the location in Laramie was great!! Old school cowboys…great guys
Jason SThey only gave very enough mileage to make it from Laramie Wy, to Colorado Springs Co, so by driving 66 more miles by driving on a safer route (interstate) I got charged even though I returned the truck a 1.5 days earlier, so you can rented again and make more profits!!! So disappointing

Richard MYour website is awful. At every turn, I had troubles with it. Every Uhaul employee I spoke with said they hate the website and have nothing but problems with it. Whomever is your web dev team, they all need fired. Hire some talent from Google that recently got laid off. Heck, hire some smart high school aged kids. They could certainly do a better job
The truck in the cargo area smelled strong of old rotten trash. I managed threw the day but it was disgusting but to late to exchange it!

James GWhen I arrived I was waiting for ten minutes for someone to come help me but no one ever did, I had to go find them. When I filled up after using the cargo van, I noticed that I put in and paid for more fuel then what I likely used. So, when I took it back I asked about it and the guy said that 5 mpg was accurate or it was likely the last person didn’t fill it up (but didn’t offer any kind of remedy). I looked up the typical mpg for the cargo van and discovered it is actually around 18 mpg (not 5 like I was told) and that I definitely paid for someone else’s fuel cost. Not happy at all.
