Reuben YNot charge someone $131 for 2 days when they only had the truck for about 11 hours. You are a bunch of thieves!!! I would recommend Budget to anyone moving. I only moved less than 4 miles. Wow your company is sad!!!
Sandra TFirstly trotwood didn’t have a car carrier and the closest way I could get one is Greenville. The guy at the counter added road hazard insurance without asking me first telling me after he swiped my card. The left blinker was out and it had a flat tire.

david mThe Passenger door had a wide gape around the door allowing a lot of wind noise. It was hard to talk to each other during the trip. I reported it to John at C&T Rentals. Other than that, everything was satisfactory. I have rented several trucks form this location and I would never consider going anywhere else to rent my truck. This business is A-1 in my book!. RICH EYour negligent employees forgot to leave the key to our U-Haul out and by the time we got there it was closed so we had to drive a total of 3 hours to get another uhaul that was 5 feet smaller and the only sort of compensation we got was a lousy $100. Absolutely awful “company”.

Rita DThe rental took just a little longer than I would have expected but it's not overly drawn out, there isn't much that could be improved upon imho.

(Website reservation, 2 phone calls, create an account, routed to an inconvenient location, insurance on the trailer increased daily rate by 40%, 5 emails, 7 text, some of the electronic communication was incorrect & confusing.)

STEVEN CMake sure your batteries in your trucks are up to par. I wasted a whole day of moving cause the store was closed and I had to wait on someone to come and give the truck a battery jump. I would of been done moving at 2pm but it was 8 pm before I got done and most of that time was waiting on a jump.
