kristina bArrived to pick up my reserved trailer in Moscow Id and was informed they didn't have one available. I was told the closest one would be in Pullman Wa. 25 miles away. Two hours and 50 miles later I had a trailer. The review I posted is for the Moscow location.
Darrell Bgas tank was just barely Full, after 10 min of driving it was much lower than full. I doubt the problem can be fixed. The manager attendance was very nice to me!!!

Washington drivers will not yield even if they find you in the middle of the intersection trying to make a left hand turn, Horns are their favorite piece of equipment. The location is on a hillside and and has extremely limited view of automobiles approaching from the right.

Andy NMake sure that tires are inflated to correct pressure. When I notified agent that vehicle message stated low tire pressure he said that they weren’t that low and it was ‘a big thing to get that maintenance done’. Lubricate ignition key cylinder on a regular basis. After loading up I spent 45 minutes trying to figure out what was preventing the key from being inserted fully into the ignition slot so that vehicle could be started. A call to the rental agency was not returned. I found the answer on the internet and after squirting some wd-40 into the slot was able to insert the key and continue my project. As a licensed Handyman I charge $50 per hour for that type of service. It was not a productive period in my move.
chris wI really appreciate Mike working with us to assist in a pickup/return at the Pullman location rather than driving across the border to Idaho. It made the experience much better.

Adam ESimple things like deleting all of the phone parings of the past renters and posting what kind of gas to put in the truck. I taught myself these things with the help of the internet, but they take time away from getting down the road. Otherwise, great job!

Wesley GThe customer should not have to drive to a different location to pick up a truck. You should not inconvenience the customer. There were plenty of U-Haul employees on hand to take the order. But not one of those employees was allowed to bring the truck to the location I chose. Really bad customer service by U-Haul!

Ronald CKudos to local staff who were excellent to work with, including being able to reschedule one of my two intended rental days on short notice. Only critique to take this from 4 star to 5 is the online process and before office hours pickup ((7:30am): scanning the back of ID wasn’t working but moreover, in speaking with a rep, they needed to verify another contact person at that hour to approve the truck release?! Not ideal- suggestion is let us establish that before the morning of pickup so we don’t have to wake someone up.
