CHIP SMy "reserved" trailer was not there. They did substitute a smaller one that made me make multiple trips over a toll road rather than just the one that my expected trailer would have made. Zero help in either hooking up or dropping off trailer.

AUSTYN FNew personnel didn't have the rules correct so we rushed to return the truck a day early. Was told U-Haul would credit a day back if we didn't use it to find that wasn't the case.

Eugene SThe owners were very helpful and made the experience pleasant. They were so considerate and professional. When I walked in they knew I was there to pick up the trailer and directed me to their Uhaul workstation. They proceeded to make sure everything was correct and that the trailer was hooked up to my pickup correctly. Only issue was that when I returned the trailer that Uhaul.com was down and had been most of the day. This was not an issue created by this location

THOMAS SHours show UHaul open to 6. Arrived shortly after 5 and told UHaul was closed. This is a convenience store and clerks were not friendly and focused on acting or grossly chewing on something.

Tammy VOnly frustration with drop off was originally told a different location to drop off even an address that we followed. The directions took us to an individuals house. Several miles out of the way and had to turn around and find this location on our own to drop the truck off.

donna mThe trailer was so muddy we did not notice how bald the drivers side tire was until we power washed the trailer before we left. A new tire was installed by Jim Bledsoe within an hour. However, that tire was a hazard we should not have had to deal with.
