Give everyone who works here a raise or you can rot. On another note that has nothing to do with them please make a few upgrades to your trucks, mainly electrically adjustable side mirrors and cruise control. Thanks.

Truck had several mechanical issues during the rental period. C n J tire 4458 e speedway Tucson, AZ 85713 Falsified the miles and charged me for 100 extra miles I did not drive.

the location was closed the entire xmas/new year holiday weeks, incl'g the day i showed up to return the trailer. no one at the site answered my calls or returned my voicemails. no one was available to help or give advice when i unloaded and dropped off my trailer .

The costumer service was great, my rental van wouldn't start just when we were ready to take off on our first loaded trip. Luckily my friend is a mechanic and check battery connections, and we could take off. Once we arrived to the storage unit we left the van running in the meantime we were unloading, we were afraid it wouldn't start back again. I was hoping I would had gotten some kind of discount for the inconvenience. Regardless of this incident, i would return to rent there again. Thank you

My original reservation at the Harlan Heights Uhaul was cancelled because I didn't show up within 30 minutes of start time I had reserved it for (Had it reserved from 1030-230 and I showed up at 1115). It felt like the old Seinfeld episode at the car rental counter. Apparently I was supposed to call them to let them know I would be "late". I would think if I had shown up after my 4 hour block that would be considered late but Uhaul knows better than me I guess. Anyway the guy at the counter was able to quickly locate a van at at this location just a mile down the road so it worked out. Going forward, brush up on the theory of Special Relativity before you rent because time moves differently at different speeds in different places, especially at the Harlan Heights Uhaul location.

There was no working radio dash lights shut off during drive. No dolly and I'm disabled requested a dolly . No help. Horrible experience
