Heather KMy only comment was that the trailer bed was dirty. I sent a photo of this. I cleaned it out before I loaded it. I also cleaned it out before returning it in New Hampshire. The staff in Groton were professional and efficient. I was on my way quickly.

David PThe staff was rude and unhelpful. I picked this location instead of the one down the street because it gave me a $35 discount. I called when I was going to be late because my return ride was running late. The staff member who answered the phone told me fine, return it whenever I wanted because I was going to be charged $40 for an extra day. I realized later that I could have returned it to the Uhaul location down the street and walked home and paid less money then driving the 20 min out of my way. The Uhaul lot was small, dark and dirty. Very scary at night. I works not return there again.

Jazmyne DI rented the trailer for one day. I was charged for two. Literally 24 hours. I picked it up at 0900. I dropped it off at 0900. Maybe don't do that for the next guy. Or maybe prorate on an hourly basis for up to 72 hours. You can do better than that.

MIke SIt was a fine place, they had the equipment and were helpful. The only complaint I have is that the parking lot was a mess, and though they moved things around enough to get me out and there was an open spot again when I came back, the state of it was difficult to maneuver the equipment around. Again, staff was nice and I did get in and out with little issue, there was just more maneuvering than made me comfortable. Were there not a proper u-haul store two minutes down the road I'd recommend them.

Frank MPlease do not tell Dave that I complained otherwise he will not rent me a U-Haul when I can’t find one at another location. The truck was disgustingly dirty inside. I normally rent from 184 and I also rent from safe & storage on Bridge Street both of those locations always have clean trucks, thank you

It took us a little bit longer than we expected, Dave was on his way home as we pulled in the driveway. He stopped got out of his truck to make sure everything was good, he disconnected the trailer told us we were all set! I appreciate all the hard work & dedication Dave puts into his business AND his customers!! If anyone needs anything he's the man to go see!!! Route 12 right next to Groton townhouse!!!

This man works 7 days a week ( bless his heart ) I made sure I went later on in the day & use the mobile app to picked up my truck! it wasn't quick but it was easy!! The truck was got was clean and easy to find!! We used the truck for a couple hours & dropped it back off, again quick easy return process in and out couldn't have been any better I recommend every one come see Dave for all your U-Haul AND tire needs!!!
Leroy tOwner of shop hitched trailer to my SUV stating that my "pin" was not rated for load. He sold me a new set and an hr after leaving the trailer came loose from hitch and cause damage to my vehicles bumper. Who can I submit claim to Thanks, Drew Clark 203-858-3562

Amanda HThe very large man who seems to be in charge here, is a passive aggressive man. He didn’t use any words that are considered offensive, but his mannerisms and the way he did things, was enough to make me want to take my business elsewhere. The only problem… he already had my credit card, and that is when he started in with, “Oh, you have the wrong size tow ball, and you don’t have a flat connector for the electronics connection. That will be another $65!”. So I had to go to Walmart and buy the new pieces and spend another $40. When I came back, I don’t think the man said two words. And when he “checked the inside of the trailer”, he cracked the door open and looked long enough that if I had blinked, I would have missed it. So he missed that there are screws missing from the floor. There was sand in all 4 corners of the trailer. The equipment worked fine. But the people leave a lot to be desired.
Hansel HThis place had several U-Haul vehicles outside but also had some other tire business going. I walked to the bay where there were 2 men working on some tires and asked if I could drop off my U-Haul. The man simply said yes and do I have the key. He then said thanks we will email you a receipt then went back to his tire work. Nothing like the experience at the U-Haul/storage facility I usually go to which I requested at my pick up location but did not get. It would be nice if I had the option to go to any location in the town chosen.

Francis RThe pick up of the truck and trailer was quick and easy. Dave had the truck and trailer connected and pointed out of the parking lot when I arrived. Dave had me pay for the rental, walked me to the truck and explained the trailer connections and I was on my way. Very simple process.
