Very helpful staff. Made it very easy to return the truck
CHARLESLLOYD BStarted at Wilson auto pros with doors locked and no one answering the phone. Uhaul customer service directed me to this location and were very polite and swift in finding me the same equipment. C&C was just as excellent with top notch, all questions answered customer service.
Austin RGet somebody to help them use computer, it took them over 30 minutes to get me a truck rented out. Was locked out of computer. The truck was horrible to drive, the steering wheel is a quarter turn off center and the truck swerved left and right while trying to drive straight. It obviously needs front end work! Made for a horrible 1200 mile trip.

robert kOver all everything worked great. The staff was very friendly and courteous. There is a small leak in the right front corner that soaked everything on that side of the uhaul inside . I’m not blaming or mad at uhaul . Do to the weather I. Which we where moving . Anything is possible. Just wanted them to know there’s a leak in the 20’ rental truck . Not sure where . I just know when we packed all the dry boxes the night before the next morning everything was soaked. O. The right side . (Not the overhead bulk shelf part . The main box it’s shelf . I would still highly recommend this location and renting from them. Despite the leak. As that’s not something they might not be aware of as not everyone moves in nasty wet weather. Thank you for renting me your truck . It saved me a lot of time and money in the long run .

Richard LThe front desk lady was very very kind. When we dropped the uhaul off the guy in a mechanic jumpsuit came out to check us out was rude. No smile. Talked with an attitude. And bc we moved the dolly for more room was accusing of us using the dolly when all we moved where couches Cali king size bed some stands and other stuff. The return makes me not want to come back. Just completely unfriendly.

Amanda BC and C is my favorite location for pick up locally. They provide quick efficient and friendly service. 10 out 10 experience again today.
Tyler MWe were promised a $50 refund for the fuel level of the truck upon leaving multiple times. After returning the truck and contacting the location for the refund, she acted as if the conversation never happened. I would not recommend this location to anyone, solely based on the customer service.

Mary WJust make sure charges are explained properly. I was shocked to see I was going to be charged $197 when I was under the impression I would pay $122. But thankfully after review the charges were corrected which is why I will continue to use the location and refer to friends.

KENNETH AAs I was getting into the Driver’s - door it was a Tremendous Step-up from the road to the Cab, at least 18”!! (Whoooaa)!! A Small Running Board just -A foot long would make it a Lot- Easier for -Us to be Able to get into the truck without a Struggle or possible of Slip and falling! Other-wise everything was EXCELLENT!!! Thanks!!

TYLER MIssues with drop off and pick up. Issues with truck transmission and ordered dolly, and when everything was addressed with reps, I was pushed around, rushed off the phone, told incorrect information, called a liar and still charged the ridiculously expensive cost of renting from U-haul. Never again will I use this service.
Camray SMake your online check in flow better. I had to walk from the truck to the building back to the truck. Make the “scan barcode” the last step.
Dennis JThe actual facilities were great . . . UHAUL as a company was horrible, I reserved my truck over we week before I needed it, the DAY before (21 hours before to be exact) I was told "they don't have a truck to give me" (HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?? UHAUL IS IN THE BUSINESS OF RENTING TRUCKS!!!), I spent that entire evening on the phone with various UHAUL reps . . . they said the "understood" my frustration, but were unable to help. The team I was talking to in Akron couldn't have been less helpful or more rude, I was hung up on 3 times (NOT disconnected, hung up on), they NEVER called me back as promised, I had to call them, they provided me NO options, NO contingencies. It wasn't until I went to your Austintown (kmart) facility where the young lady there, actually found the truck I needed at the Hubbard Facility and reserved it. --- I would love the opportunity to discuss this with someone from your customer servers team.
Tom DThis was the third location I was changed to to pick up the truck. I ordered a 15 foot was upgraded to a 20 and ended up with a 26 foot. This made things very difficult as the drive way and parking lot I needed to load and upload were very small causing us to gave to move everything a much farther distance. The truck was muddy inside and they had to wash the inside since they just got it in.

KATHY PI feel that I was overcharged. Billing charge doesn't add up to what is showing on my receipt. Inside the truck was not very clean, my father and I both commented on it when we were inside.
Dennis MI feel the service was very good. I needed the truck asap and the location and the size of the truck was perfect.
