Chuck the owner is one of the most top notch guys anyone could ever want to work with. I sat and talked to him for a good while when I picked the unit up like we had been friends for years. I can’t say enough good things about that man or his business. Just a totally awesome rental experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

during the online retrurn in both browser and app I was not able to take or upload the photo proof, it was asking for a photo, but lacked the tools to do so. in browser perrmissions were granted, cache for any and all realted apps, then proceeded to install your app thinking it might just be a conflict with my bnowser, but no such luck. Thanks, for the opportunity.

No one was there at 930 am for drop off. Building is a dump. Charged for 2 gallons of gas when I filled up to exact same spot as I picked it up with and took a picture before getting out for proof. Pickup location is nice. Drop off is a dump.

The area was flooded and muddy , no direction on where to park the truck , was There when they were open but no one was at the location . The area was definitely scary .

The app check in was an absolute horrible experience. The license information input page required a phone number. It state that the phone number I provided (my own) was already on file and could not be used. I ended up having to use a family members number (my mother’s) to bypass the screen and continue. The next screen was providing an alternate contact. I used my boyfriend and Krista called him to confirm. They then, for some reason, required a second alternate contact. So I gave them my mother’s number to call. Krista called my mother thinking it was me. When they got off the phone my mom called to let me know what just happened, so I asked Krista to call me to see what was going on. She told me that my file required two alternate contacts but my mother’s number was already on the contract, I needed someone else. So I explained that she was on the phone with me and had talked to two other individuals. This all occurred at around 9:30am, and most individuals that could be a contact for me were either at work or asleep. It was absolutely ridiculous and we were approaching 15 minutes of standing in 30 degree weather just to get some stupid alternate contact. Luckily the guy who ran the shop came outside before Krista could get us checked in and he took us inside, we were out in less than 10 minutes using the old school way of checking in. I will NOT be using the mobile check in option ever again if I have to rent from U-Haul.

We dropped off U-Haul same day we rented and it took THREE days and me talking to FIVE different people for someone to figure out we dropped it, i should not of had to deal with that at all!!! Super inconvenience to deal with three days in a row when we did what we were suppose to esp for $119 to have something for 4 hours.

I Set up for online check in to not have to use the storefront but when I arrived I had to go through all the online steps and then proceed to go inside and check in in person as well. It took much longer than anticipated and cut into my rental time quite a bit. The staff however was very friendly and helpful

While I no issues with the rental facility or it operator. U-Haul website for making a reservation is very frustrating and not user friendly to the point that I will not use it again.

The building sits too far back off the road, there are no clear uhaul markings visible from the road to see that its a uhaul location unless you stare at each building, thus taking your eyes off the road

Looked like an abandoned building and there was no one around, I called the phone number given to verify the location and it was a personal cell phone. That being said, my Uhaul was checked in and I received a confirmation email within 30 minutes of drop off.

The man did not bother to look over truck before leaving. Knowing the U-Haul Rep. did not charge for Insurance even though we wanted it. But the Rep charged credit card 3 days BEFORE picking up truck. The this man sends us out in a truck with bad brakes. I will NEVER rent from U-Haul again!!

There was no one around. Trucks were behind what seemed to be a old vacant warehouse. Had to ask a person that was in a storage unit if they knew who ran the place. They gave me a phone number to call. I contacted them to let them know that it was dropped off. Have know idea if it has been checked in or when it will be checked in. If something happens will they try to hold me responsible. I have nothing showing that is was dropped off. This is notification that the equipment was returned as received and i Will not be responsible for any subsequent damage or loss. John Bivens

They did not have the equipment I ordered. So I was called by uhaul given a larger truck for same price. I was still overcharged by the location and reservations were changed and I couldn't drop off else where. I couldn't even switch my order to a trailer because they only had one of those. Two pieces if equipment for a location. She. Picking up no one was there I waited 15 min a a gentleman that could give me the truck but not answer questions gave me my truck

After making my reservation online, I did not feel confident at all in actually getting a truck. I think it would be more helpful in the emails sent if it reassured the customer that a truck would be available. It was very stressful and caused a lot of problems until 2 day before when I finally received confirmation.

Building is non descript, only marking was a sign that was blown over out front. I actually drove by it the first time. Uhaul vehicles are not visible when coming from the west (most likely direction). Although the guy was very friendly, he smokes in the office which was very annoying. Additionally, laserjet printers aren't very expensive - do think he could get a Laser printer so the contract won't run in wet weather?

This wasa the 4th location I went to to get a truck. The employee of the Uhaul company was not present. Someone else assisted. They had trouble processing the documentation. The pick up arrangements and process was not friendly, wasted a large part of my day, and required me to spend more money in milage fees.

This location was not what I would call a main location. The building had very little in it including extras for moving. He only had two dollies and not much more. The room was bare and empty. However Chuck was very friendly and helpfull. I would like to say that he made a bad day a little better.
