Johnny HBEWARE of that place,I returned the vehicle before the 24 Hour period of time, the place it's convenient store ,the owners wasn't there ,however the Cashier took the keys and I left! Two days later I received the receipt from Uhaul that was too high.When contacted Uhaul customer service they told me that ,I was charged for 2 days! Now I'm waiting for them to call me so I can get my refund!
ALEX NI can honestly say my experience was not well because I was quoted something else and I got charged almost a whole extra $130 when they closed at a specific time and due to the weather condition it was the reason I couldn't return it back I was about 30 minutes late in the office was closed I called to verify to see if they were still open and it wasn't and I'm getting charge additional fees so my experience with U-Haul was not pleasant at all and they not don't have to worry I will not use their service again I'll go to Penske
Regina DWhile lady was polite and friendly, the location is in a very bad part of town. The truck needs maintenance. They definitely need to move this to a much better area of Jacksonville. Crackheads kept approaching me to sell stolen stuff. It’s unfortunate that such nice people have their business in such sketchy part of town. I wouldn’t rent from them again.

JEANETTE MBeyond terrible experience, no dollies which I ordered, broken headlight upon arrival, poor instructions for picking up the van and getting keys, truck smelt horrific gas on Empty, very very rude customer services until the woman I spoke to on 7/15 who was very nice. I have never had such a poor uhaul experience
Brent YI had cal in for the uhaul got their had to wait a hour just to get in and I don’t understand why got the uhaul it was empty I will never go to that location again
MARQUITA SThis place was In a horrible location. It’s connected to a crappy convenient store. There were gnarly looking homeless guys going in and out and a guy was blasting his music next door that was connected to this facility. I couldn’t even hear myself think. It was one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever encountered at a business.
