Steven BI will be calling headquarters about my experience. My truck was not the size i rented. I ordered 20ft and was given a 26ft truck which put me in a comprising and difficult situation navigating in the city my move was located. Apart from not getting the vehicle i ordered the hand dolly and moving pads i requested were not in the vehicle. It put me and my family in a EXTREMELY difficult situation. Moving is already stressful and this was unacceptable. You cant do this to people. Like i said, extremely poor experience, would not recommend and i will be following up with uhaul headquarters.

I appreciated the forward leaning approach to getting me set up and on my way. Would definitely recommend this dealer.
Scott JThe biggest complaint is the quality of communication from the attendants; they are quite combative. However, I think this is indicative of the Calvert County area. Therefore, in Calvert County, this particular interaction would probably appear average or typical to a local native.

Laura CCalvert Caps is the best place to rent a Uhaul truck. You can make the reservation online and then go inside to complete the paperwork. It was easy, fun, and hassle-free. The app process is awful, and the internet in that area of town is terrible. You may get enough internet to complete the check-in/out process, but you will still need to go inside...
Jerry SThe location and service was excellent in comparison to the mobile pick and return feature. I’m a military service member who has made 9 PCS transfers over the last 22+ years of service. My driver’s license is expired like many military dinosaurs. The folks at Uhaul wouldn’t accept my expired ID as proof of identity, not accept my drivers license extension, nor military ID. I can tell you that I’m the same person whether my ID is expired or not. Also I was asked for a valid ID, as if I have a collection of IDs in hand, like “oh, let me give you the valid one this time.” I have one drivers license Uhaul so let’s be smarter. The good folks at this location saved the day for Uhaul and are owed all the gratitude from any otherwise disaster of an experience.

Gina BNo problems renting or returning truck. BUT why don't U-Haul truck have cruise control, and backup cameras? These are safety features and would be immensely helpful in safe operation.

Our agent was flexible with time frame and needing extensions. Prices are affordable we are so thankful and our family will definitely be back in the near future. Donald JI was told you use my bank card and took out $7.00 without my permission. EZ pass say they did not get the U-Hauls tag. It got my car tag in the back . I got a lawyer and will sue. See you in court.
