First of all y'all changed my pick up location then when I went to the place that y'all told me it is remote location which no one told me so there was no inside the office an office was locked and closed they provided me no phone number to call them I called and waited on hold at two different U-Haul places the one number that you provide to me for over 45 minutes then I looked up the phone number I was the company call them direct and they said they were closed they gave me instructions what to do when I opened up the U-Haul had not been cleaned out at all it was filled from top to bottom with trash boxes which I had to clean out . I took pictures of all the above the man where I picked up the U-Haul and returned it to two hours after I picked it up said that he would make sure that y'all gave me a full refund. I have not seen the credit yet but when I try to call you it's over an hour wait so I appreciate someone giving me a call before I blast this all over social media. The real problem here is there's no way to get in touch with you at U-Haul. My number is 706-587-5661.Jeri W.
