There was offensive tagging on the side of the truck. The truck had garbage in it and I do not trust that the truck had been properly wiped down from the last rental. This was concerning.

Not given any paperwork, truck was on empty, had to buy gas asap, then charged $50 for gas when truck was returned! Said repeatedly that I was not prepared to drive an hour farther north to return truck, and was not certain of being able to get a ride back to London, yet drop off was still set as Owen Sound! And was charged extra when had to bring truck back to London!

The shop keeper is lies, I made reservations online I did not select safe move , when he started to enter my license he selected safe move and without giving me receipt he ask me we have stop printing receipts. Therefore I couldn't find out what he has made changes to my booking . I believe this type of cheating dont suites your type of company. I hope some action must be taken this location . Thank you

I was suprised to see that this location only had 3 stars given that it is merely a convenience store. However after struggling with the UHaul app, we decided to go inside and see if they could help. They were fantastic. Very friendly, quick with solutions and had on our way both at pick-up and drop-off. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who needs the trucks that they can supply. their one drawback might be space, but even here they seem to have enough for even the medium sized trucks.

Please do not give less than a full tank of gas because it's impossible to figure it out to bring it to the odd levels. It's almost a scam. Another one is retrofit all your vehicles with back up Cameras it's not expensive and it will enhance safety multifold

The location had none of the equipment I ordered so I had to drive to the Clark road location. Completely defeats the purpose of me choosing a pickup location.

Terrible customer service. Bad communication. Lazy employees. Will never use this location again for U-haul. The employee working at pick up was better than the employee working at drop off. The drop off employee was not friendly at all and very rude to us. Both employees seemed distracted and disinterested in the U-haul side of the business. I would probably avoid U-haul altogether after this experience. Running a U-haul business out of a convenient store is probably not a good idea.

I booked for a different location but was switched two days before obtaining rental to a different location. Original location told me I could pick up at 7:30 but other location didn't open till 8:00....they failed to tell me that detail.

If a particular equipment is confirmed as part of the rental, then I'd expect it to be available. I had reserved an appliance dolly but it was not available at the pick up location

The people that run this location are as crooked as they the guys running it tried to double charge me for my rental if uhaul was smart they would cancel the contract with these people

The first gentleman who I dealt with when picking up the vehicle was very kind and helpful and made the process go very smoothly. The vehicle was clean. The gentleman I dropped the vehicle off to was very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend UHaul based on the experience I had today.

The following is to file a formal complaint about your services. My drop-off location was indicated on my contract as 107 mount pleasant London. To my biggest surprise when I got there I was told that location was not certified for any returns. I was then told to return it to the location from which I picked it up (1100 commissioners rd E London). When I got there I found it closed on Sunday's. So I called customer services who informed me that I had to drop it off at the Colborne location. Once I got there I was charged for extra mileage. This is absolutely absurd!!!! Not only did the pick up procedure take over 40 minutes for them to figure out the process but in top of it I was given wrong information, made to drive around the city, trying to make it on time for 6pm but on top of it I was charged fir mileage. This has been an awful experience to put it mildly and for this reason I'm request a full refund.

The email had the wrong gas amount on it so I took a picture when I got the truck and had to show the attendant that I did fill it back up to the correct level. He was really understanding and apologized for the discrepancy. Great location and had no problems!

I booked my U-Haul to be picked up from Springbank Drive and when I got there it was rented out to someone else. Then I was told to go to Colborne street to get another one. This location was much further away from my preferred pickup point. So I a nut shell I had to face alot of problems to get a truck i.e. loss of precious time and extra cost. On the basis of this I'm entitled for a discount for all I had to face on my moving day.

The guy running this place was trying to enter my credit card number (for payment) thru his cell phone, which did not accept my card. Called the customer service number and they inputted my payment with no problem. He was chewed out by corporate for attempting to handle my file via his phone.

Very dissappointing ! They were not following any COVID-19 safety protocol. The store was very small & they made me wait while they served other customers that came in after me. At one point there were so many people in the store I walked out. The staff did not really explain anything. I will never go back !!!!

I did an express check in the night before my rental, but it didn't help save time. The staff at the location had difficulty processing the rental for some reason.

I'm not sure if my issue is with the location itself or uhaul in general. When I scheduled my vehicle I booked it for 8 hours. I was supposed to pick it up at 8am using the mobile check in. I arranged for a ride to the location for that time. Also I arranged for people to help me at 9am. When I got to the location for pickup I tried to login and got a message that my vehicle was not available for that type of check in and I would have to wait till 930. This cut my moving time down by an hour, my ride had to take me back to the location and I had to rearrange my help that I had booked. Once I was able to pickup the truck was covered in ice and I was made to scrape it off which ate into my already shortened time. Overall not a good start to a very busy day. I found the store owner to be less than helpful almost like I was an inconvenience for making him do more work. Overall a bad experience.

Winshield washer fluid was completely dry. This can be a serious safety issue in the winter time. There was a plastic fork in the cab. The pickup location did not have the furniture pads that I had ordered and the Uhaul app did not work at all for picking up the truck. I also attempted to use the website to pickup the vehicle and it also did not work, even with the assistance of customer service and live chat.

Agent is convenience store not knowledgeable about rental business. Advised vehicle needed wiper blade. Did not seem concerned. Generally I find that I get a ental truck once or twice a year. Uhaul agents arre not very knowledgeable or helpful. Only use because it is only choice for one way rental. Cost is expensive.

From the second i contacted Uhaul here in London, i had excellent customer service ever. The man, named Tim, helped me book my uhaul online. Then i received a quick email where to return it. The man at that uhaul was fantastic! All was good with my rental. I would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for making this move so smooth!!!!!

- Truck was not cleaned - Blankets covered in dirt and leaves were just loose in the back or the truck - I didn't request blankets or any additional equipment - Ended up being charged for a dolly (didn't ask for, wasn't even in the truck) and blankets (didn't ask for, were dirty) I asked to have the charges changed and was told they couldn't do anything and I'd have to call U-Haul to get any charges changed

Very very disorganized rental location. I made the reservation on the phone for a truck for the whole day and told it would be $29.95 for the day and $ 0.50 per km. When I arrived I was told the rental was $29.95 and had to be back in 3hrs and it was $0.69 per km. To make matters even worse, when I returned the truck precisely 3 hrs later, they tried to charge me $59.95 for the 3hr rental saying that I had a two day rental. Absolutely ridiculous. Thankfully I was able to prove with my online reservation receipt that they were mistaken. For a nation wide company, I could not be more disappointed and unimpressed with the service and experience I had with Uhaul today.
