PAT SThe day we reserved the U-Haul; the person could barely speak English. Had no idea what to do with the paperwork and there was no one else there. The hours of operation were 9-5 posted on the invoice. We went the next morning at 9 and the gate was locked. Finally after honking the horn the gate was opened by a very rude man at 10am. They had no reservation listed for us to pick-up a truck. A truck was found eventually making us late to pick-up our new furniture. The truck was mechanically unsafe. Over 125,000 miles, rpm's went over 3,000+ before shifting, something in back kept banging. Was given no instructions as to the operating specifics for this truck. When we looked at the bank statement the next morning we were charged $39.00 to reserve the truck and $118.00 for ONE day to use the truck. These charges are beyond reasonable and we were NOT informed at the time that we would be charged more than $39.00. (That amount never explained to us for a reservation only.) The truck was returned by 5pm and with the gas tank half-full as per instructed. This complete experience is a complete ZERO rating!

David CI dropped it off on a Saturday and someone who worked for the business (not a U-Haul person) told me that I couldn't drop it off there until Monday. The business was actually closed and the gates locked, so I dropped off the trailer myself outside the gate next to a couple of U-Haul trucks that I assume someone else had dropped there.
ROBERT WOver charged then showed up at my house threatening to call the police because I chose the wrong time. Had the van less than 24 hours and they charged me over $200

Hubert YY’all can actually pick up the phone and call people to let them know you’re changing your pick up and drop off locations! Also, you’re customer service and scheduling representatives are rude and hang up on customers. Worst experience with Uhaul ever!
LAURA GThere was no one around the facility when we arrived. We got the there 45 mins early & had to search, but still no one! We had to call the 800 for UHAUL after the 2 numbers for the listed! Then, after we picked up the car dolly, the lady called us & said that we still owe for a deposit!! Wth!! Then why do we have the trailer already? She was VERY RUDE!!! We dropped it off within the same day in another State & was told it would take one day for my refund for the deposit to g Come back ony card, WELL IT HASN'T!! WHERE IS MY DAMN MONEY!!!!

Thomas AWe had problems when we went to pick it up because the place didn’t get the order so they didn’t leave keys. The app also kicked me off when I was trying to pick up and return. We had to wait til 9 when the office opened and had to go in when we returned the truck to check it back in. Other than that we had a good experience.
