Noreen HALL THE TRUCKS ARE GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS WITH NO GAS OR NO WHERE NEAR THE FULL TANK LEVEL. I feel as though the trucks should at least be at the halfway point. I’m a current worker of Uhual at another location an this is unacceptable how unprofessional this location is. I highly encourage new management and new workers for this location!!

Harry rMake it more safer after hour to return equipment maybe give customer a gate code to enter the lot and make returns instead of outside in darkness.
VINCE MI was charge for fuel when I should not have been. I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel as when I took it. I am upset by my charges.

John SIt’s was horrible, I rent it and paid my money got the key looked around it’s was good. I opened the back, and roaches were everywhere omg I was very pissed off and my husband and children were scared to put they beds back their thinking it’s bed bugs or bad roaches even inside the cab part.. I suppose to have it 2pm- 6pm but but I stay on the phone for 33 mins before I can even talk to someone and even then they said there’s nothing they can do..😡😡 so my husband bought some bug spray and sweep but we didn’t leave the U-Haul place til 3:20 it was horrible & I paid someone else to deliver our beds. I will pay someone to use thier truck before I ever rent from U-Haul again cause that was nasty as fuck, and I recorded once I opened it

Arthur MUnit purchased was not thoroughly clean and prior to purchasing we were unaware that truck would contain very little gas prior to starting the journey which was a disappointment also a delay. However, on the bright side it was an easy pick up and drop off plus a convenient location and price adjustment so not all bad.

CHRISTOPHER SDrive the truck before it is rented. The only issue I had is the truck seemed like it needed some work. It could be just me and maybe that’s how those trucks drive. The truck seemed like it didn’t want to go at times when I pressed on the gas peddle. Maybe you could let the customer know how the truck drives, I.e., the truck is supposed to not go really fast after you stop at a light/stop sign.

Christopher LThey lied on how much gas was in the truck. The Manger didn't give me a copy of the contract of the rental. The experience was wrong over all.
CRYSTAL SOver the years I rented from u haul numerous times. In previous years the dealer would do the connection of the unit. Apparently that does not take place anymore, just a picture of the connection and that’ in my opinion is unacceptable. I will rent from Home Depot who does help with the connection in the future.

Willie ANeed to do maintenance check on vehicles and assure there is fuel in vehicle. The air conditioner, didn’t work and truck ran rough. Hard to get help when needed the most
John FWhen getting the vehicle I was told it was at a quarter of a tank and needed to be returned at the same. However when I started the vehicle it was much closer to an eighth.

DARREN WZero customer service… had to hookup trailer ourselves completely… zero assistance … rented appliance dolly… guy said well your out of luck we don’t have one… never communicated until we were there to pickup… not friendly at all… very poor customer experience… would never rent here again
David VInitially Charged for a Dolly you didn’t have and weren’t able to provide- had to have the counter person take it off- then charged for gas when it was exactly where it wasnt initially. Over priced.
HOLLY MPlease make it clear to customers that they will not be able to pick up their rented U-Haul truck from the location they reserved it from. I was expected to drive an extra hour to pick up a truck that I had reserved from a location near my residence.
