I was never told my location change was a mobile check in. I was stuck in 19 degree weather doing the whole check in which took 20 minutes in the cold. I reached out by chat and a rep Fiona was extremely rude saying she would “speak slower since I was not understanding”. She was extremely condescending and rude. She made me want to cancel on the spot. She’s the reason I will probably hesitate to use Uhaul in the future.
James RWorst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. Terrible. It took me over 1 hour to get the vehicle. I reserved a truck at a location 5 minutes away, then was notified the night before pick up that the new location was 45 minutes away. When I arrived to pick up I found out it was moved to mobile pickup, but the reservation was not converted from an in-person to mobile and I was locked out of the self checkout process. I had to talk with 4 care agents to resolve.

OLAWOLE GI made a reservation of a truck and 2 furniture dollys. The dollys were not there.
