Charles SteeleThe truck performed as needed. I had reserved an appliance dolly but they didn't provide one. That omission would have kept us from being able to move, if the hired help hadn't had a dolly. It's really poor service to not provide the necessary equipment. I would have used a different Uhaul provider if I had known they didn't keep proper equipment onsite.

Robin BashamThe truck was an old, piece of shit that should have been retired years ago. It handled so poorly, it was unsafe to drive and had wipers that didn't work adequately. It also was not clean and had less than 1/4 tank of gas upon receiving it.

Everyone was super helpful and kind, they went above and beyond to help me get the equipment dropped off and gave me a great rate on a storage unit! Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a Uhaul rental.

Jeremie PoppletonThey gave away the one way truck, that we had reserved online. The replacement truck they had us use, was only available by chance. Another customer had just brought it back, due to a mechanical issue. (driver side wheel unbalanced) NOTE- this was 2 minutes after opening 10:02AM They told us that we would have to return the truck to the same pick up location, this added an additional 50+ miles to the bill that they would not wave. We asked them if the truck was safe to drive on the highway with the reported mechanical issue, the representative basically shrugged and asked do we WANT it or not.. Save your self some headache and some $$$, use a different company. Or at minimum not this location.
Corey DavisThe equipment was not cleaned. Truck had mud all over it and it made me uncomfortable during the trip. I was concerned that I may possibly be responsible for a cleaning fee, even though all the mud was already there. I think it's important that the truck is cleaned before each user.

John YockeyThe booking and check-in went smoothly and there were no problems. There were no furniture blankets available for us, which ended up being fine for the move and we weren't charged for them. The return was quick and easy. However, the truck had a really sticky rolling door and ramp, and they were difficult to use. The cargo area had not been swept out, besides a small amount of dirt/grass there were a couple of pieces of broken glass in it. Upon return I let them know that the truck was shifting weirdly at lower speeds and that I'd discovered that the gas cap was broken when I filled up. The booking, ease of check-in/return, and the staff were great. They just need to pay a bit more attention to the actual equipment.
Melinda CooleyI had called 4 times on Saturday, pertaining to adding a day to my lease. No one answered, and no one called back. I had to have it back by Sunday so I wanted to add a day and return it Monday. I wasn’t able to speak to anyone until Monday around 2:30. I recommend going to a different location.

Rex PearsonI didn’t know where to find the locked key for my Uhaul because I did contactless pickup. Luckily the lot is pretty small and I found it before too long. If there is a way to indicate the key pick up location for outside of business hours I think it would be helpful. Other than that it was great. Thank you!

Ann DurhamThis location wasn’t necessarily at fault, but Uhaul as a whole made this moving experience a nightmare. First of all, you guaranteed my reservation of a truck and then you had to switch me to a truck that was WAY too small because someone ended up keeping the original truck longer. Okay I can kinda understand that, but when I went to get the truck at one location it was filthy and the extra equipment I ordered wasn’t even there. So then we called to figure it out and they sent us to another location that had a truck that was WAY too big. Not only this, but we had to pay to upgrade to the larger truck even though it was Uhaul that messed up our order. We were supposed to pick up our truck at 1:30 and didn’t even get to pick it up until about 3:00. That is an hour and a half that I could have been moving. This whole experience was a nightmare and I am highly disappointed for the lack of compensation for the mistakes made.
