Thomelia W.Lushaundra was kind and helpful- I felt over all the experience was easy and I had no problems with anything- she had a kind gentleman who opened the door for me when I arrived and she was professional and good hearted - highly recommend using them for your future U-Haul experience!
Crystal K.I ordered pads when I reserved the truck. No one bothered to read the order. When I arrived they only had 6 pads in the whole store. (I had reserved 24 when making my reservation.) Then they tried to give me a 20 foot truck instead of the 15 ft truck I had reserved. (Which they couldn't get the keys for) ... then, I had to drive to another location to get the pads that they were supposed to have...which is ridiculous! Hours later I got a call because they couldn't find the keys to the 20ft truck they tried to give me earlier...it was a train wreck. They called some regional manager, who wasn't helpful. What a joke...I have to drive around to fix their mistakes?!?
