Reserved 1 month in advance - had to make a 4 hour round trip to get it!!!! Tires in awful condition - shredded 1 within 4 hours - impact to trip! Registration sticker was expired! Need far more attention to maintenance inspections.

margrett wMy original reservation was made for Lehigh Acres. Then the day before, I was told there is no trucks available and would need to go to Port Charlotte. On the day of pick-up, I called the Customer Service line to find out there was no truck available and that if I wanted to move, I need to drive to Sebring. This put me 4 hours behind schedule as it is a 2-hour drive there and back. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I thought I was lost. This was a residence and not a regular service business center and I was not informed. The person who I was renting the truck from, was not there, although we had an appointment and I spoke with a 3rd party person who was onsite, but does not work for Uhaul. She said she just lived there. The gentleman I was supposed to meet, was on the phone and told me to give this non-employee my driver's license and credit card information!? This was highly uncomfortable. There were also unleashed dogs roaming the property, one of which jumped up on my vehicle and damaged my 2022 Honda HRV. Not only was I inconvenienced, but my personal property is damaged and I want to know what your company is going to do to fix my damaged vehicle from forcing me to go to an irregular location without advance or adequate knowledge of such. I was traveling with my 8-year-old daughter, who has been bitten in the face by dogs. This was a horrible and stressful experience.
Asunta PYou are charging me for an additional day which is incorrect. I dropped off a day early at this crappy location and no one was there. I called in to report my drop off please correct this
