The storage facility has had several break in's. The keypad is leaning and tied up, code doesn't work 1/2 the tme, gate open several times. I talked to BJ and he assured me everything would be corrected. I left messages 8/16,8/23/8/25 w/U-Haul, prop mgr & on BJ cell with no return calls. The area field manager was to call me and never did. This has been a headache and frustrating. I then received an email stating we were delinquent and was being charged a late fee & a lien processing fee plus my possessions may be sold at auction. You have some work to do to rep this storage facility. I will never use them again or refer them to anyone. My account better be $0 and no liens or credit reporting on my account due to your sloppiness and in competant procedures.

I had a great experience with this storage unit. I stored a classic car and over flow garage stuff here for a year. The units are very large for the rental price and the grounds are well maintained. It is monitored by security cameras throughout the entire property and office staff patrol the grounds daily. Also the county Sheriff drives by often. The 24 hr gate access was convenient for me as I work long hours and sometimes nights. I was able to access my unit anytime. Once near the beginning of my rental contract I forgot my pin and the office was very reachable by phone and helped me regain access quickly and efficiently. The payments were conveniently drafted automatically so I didn’t need to worry about bills or due dates. I received monthly receipts by email. Highly recommend this storage unit. Found them through Uhaul company.

There was never any on-site stafff. We called multiple times in reference to leaks in the roof and the roll up door was so bad it took two people to lift the door. Never was this issue addressed. Numerous times we would see the gate was “stuck open” and facility was unsecured for days if not weeks at a time. Recently new owners purchased the storage buildings. They made no improvements, but did increase the rent $50. That was the final straw and the reason why we switched storage facilities. I would not recommend this facility, unless you don’t care about your property.

I have never had a problem but once when my code didn't work for about a month after the 3rd or 4th new owners took over. The nice manager on the phone said she was trying but something about the maintenance person kept forgetting to fix it. My main beef is about a refund of $96 owed back to me from last month payment and deposit. The facility owner is saying I did not give 30 day notice but I did give a 34, 33 and 31 day notice after a new rate increase of 53% starting in December 2022.

Owners are very nice and professional. They are easy to communicate with and very helpful with leasing spaces. Maintenance and repairs were performed in a timely manner and facility is easily accessible in a great location. Would highly recommend this facility for short, intermediate, or long term storage.

Great place to store your stuff if you want it broken in to or even the whole camper stolen.

My camper was stolen from this location and there was no video footage that was available to the investigators nor myself. The advertisement that you have 24 hour surveillance is not truthful. The manager said they would refund three months of rent and I got a 30 day refund instead. Once again, more lies. Seems a small amount for the theft of my camper?! Terrible place to do business and I will never use or recommend this location!
