Really nothing, this was one of the best experiences I've had with Uhaul and over the years we've rented a handful of trucks, trailers etc. The individual there whom greeted me and handled the check out check in was the best. She was friendly and upbeat and worked quickly to get me out and then back in. She exceeded all expectations and when we rent again we seek this location first. Great Job!

WENDY BThe man wouldn’t get off the phone. He told us to wait we waited then changed his mind and “helped us” while still on the phone. He asked for a card but did not inform me that the entire charge would be put on that card so I used the wrong card. Worst customer service ever. Never got off the phone the entire transaction and never left the office to go over anything with me.
Emily Ano one on site when returning vehicle. Truck had issues but they were dismissed as my fault with no recourse. very disappointed. Sugary nice in their initial concern and false caring about you and when issues arise want nothing to do with it. very aggravating and dismissive. Never will use again or recommend to anyone.......

MARCO ACG RV Storage was great!! My overall experience dealing with UHAUL was terrible!! Customer service was TERRIBLE!! I made my reservation 1-month before I needed a moving van and tow-dolley. 2-days before I was set to pick-up the equipment, I was told the items were not available. I was also told I'd have to drive an hour to pick-up a moving van that was too small for my needs.

Jon SAfter doing mobile pickup still had to go in office for key, which was locked. 10 mon later someone showed up to open office. When dropping off gate was locked closed with car inside. Noone was there to open gate so i could drop off and take my car. Had to wait 20 min for someone to show up. Do not rent here
