DONALD BENNETTThe location had a cat and due to allergies and a phobia I was not able to enter. If my partner was not there I and my son would not have been able to rent the truck as we had to wait outside because nothing was done about the cat even when the guy noticed we were uncomfortable. Also, the guy manning the desk did not inspect the truck with us. Luckily all was well when we returned.
Jessica FisherI reserved moving blankets. It is not okay to just remove them from my reservation. I reserved them because I needed them. If you don't have them, tell me ahead of time, not when I'm there at closing time picking up my truck.

The door was locked and when I called and asked him where he was he. kept repeating that he was "HERE" ......he was in his truck across the street. When I asked where he wasted me to drop it off he pointed me to a position 800 feet away. Told me to drop it there and "Go on about my business". He definitely gave Uhaul a black eye,.

Victoria JohnsonWe had an excellwnt experience. We rented a 15 ft truck and later a cargo van for smaller items. I am in love with the cargo van, especially the footrest to help step up, the air conditioning, best of all the long side window when backing up!!! The management are friendly and very supportive when problems arise-- such as my U-Haul getting towed in my new uppity neighborhood!!! I will recomm3nd this U-Haul to everyone in this area!

Gregory Ackah MensahMy only complaint is that I did not get the equipment I had rented, which would have been really helpful. I didn’t have time to ask about it and the shop was closed. I would not recommend the self check-in in the app, unless you give yourself at least 30 minutes before your pick up time. Having to wait to have my identity verified through a customer service agent was really frustrating and so many pictures to be taken. It just takes a while, I’ll go back to the counter next time.

My only complaint with the whole rental experience was trying to use the U-Haul app to book . I did not feel like my request for 9 days was excessive but it was a bit of a conundrum to book for that time period. Next time instead of using the app I’ll probably just call a representative and have them book for me.
brian mackStaff was friendly, location is a decent ways away from the vehicle (across a very large parking lot), the store had a severe cat urine smell as well as cat food strewn about the floor and was generally not very clean. Only bad part of the experience was having to go inside that store.

Shannon EvansI marked not applicable above because clean and well maintained are two seperate issues and require seperate questions. Frankly this truck (3011 as I recall) could use some love. Yes it was clean and yes I would recommend these folks. I'm sure Monty does a good job for you folks. But mechanically the truck had really bad wiper blades, a burned out turn signal, a worn out shifter linkage, and an AC blower that would only blow from the defroster position. On a positive note, this office always has equipment ready to rent. Always had clean interiors. Always is friendly and pleasant.

cordel rootsThe trailer had a strong smell of used motor oil or some other substance. We left it open to air it out all night, but it still smelled in the morning. We could still smell it as we were unloading the next day. I think this trailer could use a good scrub down on the inside with something that would dissolve the residue that is causing this smell.

DANNY TUCKERThe rate advertised seems misleading to what the final price actually is. Started with 29.99 plus mileage, which we booked 24 miles. So okay 55 dollars. But the bill went up to 75 with the insurance and then an extra 12 for the 24 miles of gas to fill the tank back up. So it was 87 after all was said and done. Seems like a pretty large gap from the advertised price. All in all a great experience, just felt a bit mislead when it came to the forecasted expense.

James Randolph IIIThis vehicle only had 1/4 tank of gas in it when I picked it up. When I questioned that, I was told to just bring it back with a quarter tank? How do you judge exactly how much gas you're going to use to where you can return it with one quarter tank? I filled it up and ended up returning it with half a tank. Which cost me a quarter tank of gas that I did not need. I was also pulling a U-Haul trailer which can sometimes be difficult to get in and out of the gas station. So I did not want to put less than I would need and have to make more trips to the gas station. In summation, every rental I have ever gotten has been picked up full and returned full. To me that is the easiest way to handle it and that's the way this should have been handled

He asked about what I needed my trailer for and that conversation actually saved me from renting the trailer I reserved which was going to be way too small. Highly recommend this location. Plus Monte's shop has some really cool old school vintage pieces to add to the experience while you're finalizing your rental agreement. Will be going again :)
