Toni RWas overcharged, confirmed by a Uhaul phone rep I was overcharged. No invoice, issued a ticket number for my issue and told a regional manager would contact me. No contact, no refund. I will never rent from Uhaul again and will discourage everyone I know from renting either

Megan BThe lock on the box where the keys are kept for the trucks, was very difficult to get into. And, the back of the truck was not cleaned out or swept the way I left mine! when I dropped it off. That should’ve been checked by the dealers that you’re using, as it was done when I dropped it off at a different location.
Luis LIf you don’t have the requested materials, take it off my bill so I don’t have to run around for 3 days trying to get a refund. The guy was super unhelpful.
