Was scheduled to pick up the truck before office hours. The key was NOT in the box. Owner had to come from home. He handed me the key with no comment or apology. He expected me to thank him...which would have happened had he offered an apology. Owner is an ass, but my dealings with the office staff has been very good.

I had to clean it in freezing temperature so could not use it until Saturday. The condition I received the pickup in was terrible. There was trash, including a beer can, dirt and snow in the bed, mud, dog hair and cigarettes in the cab. In addition the cab smells like marijuana. I've attached images and will forward this information to U-Haul corporate.

I rented truck (24 hrs) on Friday and was not aware the office is closed on weekends so return is done on-line / taking photos. Would prefer to know this for timely return. Lisa was very accommodating through the process!

Nobody was there even though it was supposed to be open. Had to just leave the rental and trust it would be okay. At least a guy on the phone helped me out and everything worked out okay.

When I returned the rental none was in the office even though it was business hours and the online redbutton return app kept asking me for a password that I do not have soi treated it as a night return and none was in office next day so I just waited to here from you guys and today I did. I was stressed about it all weekend.

The bill was a surprise. 130$ for a 4 hour rental and 80 miles. Also left more gas is than it came with. My fault, I should have asked.

Over all the worst U-Haul experience ever! Did an online rental, when I showed up at Junction Liquor, they said that my truck was down the mountain. Was forced to rent a van, I was not able to move all my items due to size. Now, I have to spend more money and time. For the amount of text and emails you send, you could not tell me the vehicle I ordered online was not available. I own a truck, I was trying to save money on fuel. Now U-Haul created so much frustration. Look in your records, I rented a trailer and tees it with my Dodge Ram a few weeks ago. I am speechless…

Some of the most impressive customer service of any place I’ve been in recent years. Josh was friendly, courteous, and helped get the van unstuck from the snow in the parking lot, which was not an easy task! I would definitely rent from this location again!

I returned the rented truck more than 2 days ago and am still waiting for my final invoice. I have gone to the office and inquired and am repeatedly told they will email it. I have left numerous messages to no avail. My emails have also gone unanswered. I would not recommend this location to anybody.

The location is not really the problem, the problem is with Uhaul corporate. Zero communication between them and their locations. Moving in itself is immensely stressful but to have additional stress placed upon the very people that keep you in business is shameful at best. If possible I would give zero stars on the entire experience but again, that is not a reflection on this specific location. It is unfortunate that corporate is not listening.

I was supposed to pick up my rental at 8:00 a.m. stayed on the phone for 1.5 hrs with customer service who could not meet my needs. Office opened at 10:00am, Was treated rudely by office CS Wasted lots of moving time.

I reserved the vehicle online. When I arrived the app would not work. After trying several times the owners of the business arrived. The gentleman is not very pleasant, his wife is only a touch better. I could deal with that but I was informed that I could not leave my car in the parking lot. That it was a private parking lot it would not be insured. I advised her that my insurance would cover my car wherever I park it. They very rudely and for me I had to move my car and that they have cameras. The question is where are you supposed to park your car while you have the rental???? I had to get a ride back to move my car. I have a friend that owns a business on Bb Blvd,. I parked my car there so when I returned the U-Haul I didn’t have to hitchhike home. I have never encountered this with any other U-Haul even liquor Junction. GO ELSEWHERE!!!! AVOID!’nnn

Get the gas line for refilling correct. I went 10 miles and I had to fill up to the 7/8 line and the gauge was to the left of 3/4 after 10 miles. It cost me $17 for gas which is $1.70 per mile. Not happy about that. I could not do anything because the office was closed at 2:30

Do what you say you're going to do. Our reservation was for 8:00. For some reason uhaul changed the reservation to 8:30 with a notification by email at 8:18. We were ready at 8:00 like our original reservation was for. Deliver the equipment that you agree to deliver. We ordered an appliance dolly because we wanted one. The facility you chose, not the one we requested doesn't have appliance dollies for rent. No communication from uhaul letting us know. We had to rent one from a local rental place. The truck was filthy though the photos showed it clean. There were even food crumbs in the cupholders. I tried uploading photos showing the condition of the truck but your site wouldn't allow it. Along with the location, uhaul's service was below average. You didn't fulfill your part of our agreement.

Take this location off your options. They were not there for the pick up time, came in late didn’t really have a care that they were late. Then they continued to insist we hadn’t paid or anything. They said computer systems were down, okay but don’t belittle someone after they have insisted they have done the proper steps. This location is more concerned about there real estate transactions and home rentals to give U-Haul good customer service.

First no one answered my calls or returned the voice mail I left. It took us 2 hours to pick up the truck. No one was there when they opened which we scheduled an In person over the counter pick up at opening because the online mobile pick up was such a hassle last time. The lady I did end up talking too from the location, didn't know anything about how to help me with the online that I was having issues with filling out the check in form. It was a long two hours trying to pick up the truck from this location. Such a hassle, not pleased with the experience at all.

After filling out info in San Bernadino, CA pickup and finding the truck had a cracked window, we had to go to Big Bear for a smaller truck. Suppose to be discounted for the inconvenience and extra free miles. Smaller truck was 20 footer which online is $900+ and final cost was $1,080 something. So not much discount AND there was no dolly, no pads as had ordered at SB location. Hard to tell if there was a discount though there were some extra miles but we had to drive from Big Bear to get it home.

There was no one at the location when I dropped off the trailer. I called the number posted and the individual I spoke to said to just drop the trailer and he would check it back in. 12 days later I got a call saying I had not returned the trailer, so clearly it had not been checked back in. This location had been very helpful in the past and they rectified the current mistake immediately, for which I was grateful.
