Make sure you dont lose the keys and make a customer wait 30 minutes while you search the store for them. Also make sure the right mileage is a recorded so the customer does not have to correct it or pay for extra mileage they did not use.

Whenever a customer walked in while we were going through the rental procedure the clerk would stop helping me to handle the customer, which added several minutes to the time it took to rent what I needed. The clerk was not familiar with the English language. When asking how to spell my email, I kept saying that the first letter was "D as in dog" and he kept asking "G?" with his finger hovering over the G key. It was very frustrating. This took several minutes.

This is a gas station, however they park the trucks next door at what feels like another business. The business directed me to the gas station, and they checked me in and said they'd email me a receipt. They did not offer to unhook the trailer for me, and I had to ask.

I rented a pickup truck and a tow dolly. The truck had no trailer hitch/ball on it! I had to buy one. That's a big expense that I cannot return,and have no use for, because I don't have a truck! If you rent a truck for hauling a trailer,it should definitely come ready to tow! If theft is that big of a problem, I suggest having them welded onto the trucks.

The U-Haul representative took my information, we filled out a minimum amount of info on his iPad and then he handed me a post-it note with the trailer's ID number. We received no other paperwork (unlike previous rentals of U-Haul trailers). We (my son and I) went outside and found the trailer. We examined the trailer. It looked newer but had a damaged left fender. The tire and axle seemed to be unaffected by the fender damage, We asked the U-Haul representative (who was overwhelmed by other customers and was the only person at this location) about the fender damage and he said the trailer if fully functional (we agreed) and that we should take a picture with our phone and we could be on our way. There were no issues what-so-ever with this trailer during its use.

This was at a gas station/liquor store so there was a lot going on. People were coming in to pay for their gas, buy stuff and oddly to pay their bills. It was a little confusing for us as we have rented a u haul before and it was a different experience.

I was given information that was misleading. It took 45 minutes to get the Van returned. We will continue to dispute this invoice both BBB and the credit card holder. In our conversation with several individuals we were given 4 different rental cost. Were we returned the Van would not verify that we had returned the Van Never, never will I use or recommend U-Haul.

This location was great to work with. Nice guy. Got in and out quick. I tried another location at the pawn shop near the Northport hospital. They didnt know what they were doing. We requested a truck with a pull out ramp. They tried to rent me an open trailer

I was told I could drop off the trailer at any location, not at a certain location, that why I was charged an extra 8.00 fee ! May not use u-Haul again !!

I was overcharged ($40 for an extra day) when I had returned the vehicle well within the 24 hour period. The vehicle was returned at 12:13 pm in my time stamped photo. The man must have entered the received info much later indicating a return time of 1:40pm. I need someone to credit this overcharge to my card. Call me if needed.

If you rent from this location, be sure to CAREFULLY examine both the mileage and the fuel level stated on your contract BEFORE you sign it. Go to the vehicle and check !!!

They just do not understand, only one person at the business spoke English and not very well at that. It costed me more time and also could not get a auto carrier because they just did not know.

I received a email from walter Henderson for a free rental and was assured that all charges would be taken care of. rented vehicle after returning vehicle was informed that would only credit a fraction of my bill .contacted walter later informed me that mileage was not covered and that they did not have to inform me about mileage charges.that it was my responsibility to read the fine print .....completely unprofessional and that he was doing me a favor issuing me a credit.

I had trouble with Moving Help.com, not the helpers but the billing for it. Got charged four times for two moves?????? No way to contact and the first place I picked up the truck had no idea, and also the drop off place has no idea, of what to do. On my credit card only has U-Haul, now I will have to call my credit card and find out what I must do to get rid of the charges that are not supposed to be there. James A Polinski 205-615-9282

There customer service was sorry I ordered truck in advance went to pick up was after 3 hrs before I got it then I had to still pay my movers while they waited on tha truck n I was behind on my time limit to move. Terrible experience would nvr recommend

I had no problem with the trailer. It worked very well. The amount of text and email communication needed was almost too much. I have entered my DL#, address, towing info, etc. when I made the reservation. Then, I had to do it all again to "check in". Then, the person I met with had to get my DL again on my phone and take a picture of my DL at pickup. A little too much. Seems like I could enter all needed upon making the reservation, maybe reply to a text yes or no a couple hours prior to the reservation to check in, and then show him my DL and truck when I get the equipment. Too much technology.

Manager/owner was a very nice guy. competent. Hooked me up and explained what he was doing. I'd rent here again. i'd never pulled a trailer before so before I left for Tuscaloosa, I first went to your location at 9929 Harry Hines in Dallas to make sure I understood how to hook it up. My electric hook up had been vandalized and James, at this location fixed it (with a part you had). James is outstanding and he went the extra mile on this. I really appreciated him.

Help needed when loading a Trailor. I showed 3 people how to accurately hook up the trailor and none of us received lifting help when placing it on the trailor hitch. This will cause a major back injury!
