This is the worst drop off location, which made my uhaul experience a nightmare, and because of which I am very unlikely to use uhaul ever again. We brought the truck here in the first place where there is a sign that says “no box trucks” so we took it to a nearby location where we were unable to drop it off, we called uhaul and a very rude lady said we MUST drop it off at the location on the app. We went back and wasted about 40 minutes trying to figure out where to park this 26 foot truck. The parking lot is small, there were other cars there and on one side it says no parking. Obviously this truck couldn't fit in 1 parking spot, so we had to park it off to the side. We wasted an hour of our night driving back and forth and trying to figure out where to leave this thing. Worst experience ever.

There was no one in the place that came out to help me. There was already a customer waiting that had not been helped either. When someone finally came out, he told me to "just drop it where it is". He did not come out and unhitch me, he just watched from inside as I (a 51 yr old female) struggled with it all by myself. Then he didn't want to sign my contract stating I had returned the trailer. I had to ask several times.

When I booked the truck I didn't realize it was from a vendor and not the U-Haul center. there was no one available to complete the transaction and we had to go to the U-Haul center to finalize and that took the better part of an hour.

The service was great! made on line reservation 3 days in advance. My cargo van was ready for me to pickup when I arrived. The Van was clean but the smell wasn't that great.

More than one person needs to be authorized to check out or check in U-Haul units. Also, I was told my bill would be recalculated with a refund of $80 (at the shop), and a lessor refund of $68 (UHaul called me) and that I would receive a receipt correction. To date, the refund has not issued, and the email receipt/proof of correction has not been received by me. I can be reached at 847-989-5801. I'm very disappointed.

The box/storefront could have been a little bit more obvious. It's tucked away on a side street and shares a strip mall with many other businesses. We identified it via the other trucks in the parking lot, and then had to hunt for the box. On the flip side, the employees were very helpful and prompt when generating my receipt.

I have verified the odometer on this vehicle is off, indicating about 10% over the mileage actually driven. I want my money back for the mileage I did not drive.

The drop-off location is not at a U-Haul facility. It is located in a row of office buildings, no sign is visible, when dropping off after hours you are instructed to park the truck on a city street and leave the key in a drop box. It is VERY odd and seemed unsafe. We were fearful that the truck would be broken into, perhaps be ticketed by city police for parking ont the street, may not even be a U-Haul location at all. It seems that everything worked out well, but this drop off policy gave us a quite an uncomfortable feeling.
