The clerk that was there to greet me did not know anything about processing uhaul rentals. She called the station owner, I assume, and continued on her personal call on the other line at the same time. The phone was given to me and I went over info with Someone about the rental. I was directed to take a particular trailer number which I tromped around in the weeds and vines to hook up and check lights. Everything seem okay except for dirty from sitting next to a tree. Apron arriving home to pick trailer I found 1 of 4 tires completely no pressure and the others low by 15 to 20 pounds. I pressure washed outside and then found prob a dozen roaches scattered as I opened the doorâ€¦ hopefully not infesting my things moving. Later looked at email rental contract to print and noted that, the owner I assume, or at least the person I spoke with, signed the lengthy contract for me. Wonder how that would hold up on court if something was damaged, which obviously was not the case as it was returned Much better than I found it.Nicholas W.

The guy behind the counter was very nice,ðŸ˜Š but they didn't have the 15ft uhaul like I RESERVED (why take a reservation if it doesn't matter) Never driving a truck before when I found out I had to take the 26ft one they had (the only truck he had) (note: it was offered to me for the same price) but needless to say I was a little freaked out. I have rented from UHAUL many times. Never one complaint. The charge for fuel was unacceptable. I have a pic of the fuel gauge and it was not half full. There was dog hair and trash. The windshield was disgusting. He charged me for insurance that I originally declined. No paperwork. No instructions. Very unhappy with the product and vendor.Beverly P.

We could not get any receipt or any form of paper showing that we returned the trailer. We were told your computer system didn't allow us to have a receipt for completing the contract. It made me very uneasy and nervous to return it without proofDennis L.
I had zero issues with the equipment, but the actual process of checking out and returning the U-Haul was awful. I'll make my story short: -Employee has no idea how to rent me a U-Haul, and had to call someone on FaceTime. -They gave me the wrong truck, with way different mileage listed on my contract that I received via email after I left. -Because they gave me the wrong truck, and then never signed it in, U-Haul thought I stole the truck, and the U-Haul Equipment Recovery Team started calling and emailing me two days after I returned the vehicle. I read the reviews of this place before I rented, and thought â€œI'm just using a truck for a dump run, how hard can this be?â€ The answer: way harder than it should have been. Save yourself and rent somewhere else.brodie M.
Went to pick up my rental which I had reserved two weeks in advance. It did not come with the right dolly I requested. It also had a headlight out and a flat tire. They had no air pump so I had to wait for almost two hours to get the tire replaced when it should have already been taken care of before picking up the vehicle. This was my first and last time using Uhaul. I will gladly pay the higher prices for the competitors, or hire movers instead. Uhaul lending their trucks to third parties is a terrible idea.Kevin S.

A small cramped convenience(?) store with no clear parking. Worker called her rep while I was there, no interaction with a computer or other system, and told me that it would be taken care of. 10 days later, the pick-up location called to ask me why I still had the truck and not returned it. I gave them the location in my contract where I dropped it off. She called me back to let me know it was taken care of and that the worker never turned it in.Mark L.

U-Haul changed me location to location 13 miles the wrong direction which was 26 miles round trip. I called my choice location and they stated they have room and transfered my to the scheduling office that was VERY not understanding and rude about I have no choice but use the new drop off location. The owner points to the lot and said leave it over there and did not help disconnect the trailer from my vechicle. Poor support.........Eric D.

This location was very far out, and I was charged $.79 a mile. The person made no effort to find a better location and would not allow me to turn in the truck to a location owned by the same person, which was far more convenient. I continually had to call and repeat my credit card information to the clerk who could not get it correct. I would not do business with this business again at any of his locations. My problem was not with Uhaul, but with the business that rented me the truck. They were thoughtless and seemingly incompetent.HARRY J.
