Good job. Easy pick up, easy drop off!
ROY SI rented a 26' truck that was surrounded by other trucks of the same size and parked in. Should probably assign the truck that is ready to be pulled out of the parking lot, instead of one that has little to no chance of exiting the lot without damages. Also, should probably answer the phone when a number is given to the customer in case they have trouble and need something, such as not being able to leave the lot with the truck that you assigned since it was completely parked in by other trucks.
Derek HJust a little better job on the parking area. It is a little tight. Employee was great no issues. Trailer was in great condition.

Michael VI was hooked up to the wrong trailer. The license plate number sent to me by uhaul was not the license plate on the trailer I was hooked up to. Called, lefted messages but no reply phone call ot text.

Emily BWhen I booked online by starting a Google search, this location is listed as open on Saturdays. The reason I chose this place. It is NOT open on Saturdays and naturally turned the experience to AWFUL. Took me 1.5hrs to get the truck. Multiple phone holds/calls, a horrible app and inefficient website. The return went no better. Only 30 minutes as the app once again wasn't cooperating. The app screen didn't match what the phone rep was saying. I had two helpers I was paying $20/hr. So this experience cost me an extra $80 and 2 hours. Was supposed to be a quick move, needless to say the rest of my day was wrecked. Truck was fine. Another "dirty" trick is that the gas tank was NOT full. Such an easy way to get free gas. Having to fill immediately after pickup, having no idea how much to put in. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

Patty CHow about open the back of your trucks and make sure they aren't full of someone else's old junk and trash before you lease them out to the next person causing them to lose a day of moving.

Stephen HNever was given a code for the lock on the key box. Couldn't sign into the app because I had no service out there. Tried to call the number I was given, the owner of the location never answered or called me back. When I finally got the code, the lock was extremely difficult to get off because of how cold it was outside. When I got the keys, the passenger side door was cracked open, and the entire inside of the windshield was frozen, so I had to wait until that defrosted. I had to switch to this location because the place I reserved the truck originally didn't have a truck, the women on the phone said she would take 25 miles off, which she didn't do. Worst customer experience I've had in a long time.
Peyton KI was double charged on my credit card. Had to call and dispute everything, which was annoying. Make sure you double check your receipt for over charges. They did make it right in the end.

Jolindna JThis location in Franklin was not hard to find. it was difficult to find someone to help me with the drop of as the Uhaul app for drop off was not helpful and very slow. Once i found somebody at the drop off they were helpful and friendly.
